Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room A/C was not cooling properly (Room 1015). It did not stop running the entire time we were there.
The restaurants and bar on site were great. The 24hr market came in very handy after a long and late concert. The location of the hotel, about a mile from the stadium. The room had a great view of the river, the naval ship and the bridge.

The breakfast service was shocking, and was the Starbucks mini market next door, waited over an hour just to be seen to in the breakfast hall, ordered coffee and 2 breakfast juices, still never got the breakfast juice!
Views from the room were good, the fact you could open the balcony door was good to

Seems that the front desk had no idea about the facilities. Tried to go to the pool, the desk said open. Sign said closed. Asked room service and they went out of their way to find out. They reported it was closed so they could change the filters, and would be open in 45 mins. 2 hours later.... still closed. The sheets could stand up on there own. So much starch. Not soft at all.

We had to check out a day early for personal reasons. I was assured by front desk staff that as long as we checked out before 11am, the additional day would be removed. It still has not been removed from our charge.
Close to the venue we planned to visit.

Nothing no to like
The whole experience was great from start to finish.Check in was easy,room was great.We made use of the in house bar and also managed a great meal at Mortons steakhouse.

The only thing that caught my attention was the bathroom sink stopper was broke.
Room view looking over the river during the fireworks was extraordinary. As newly weds it was an experience we will always treasure.

Price of everything was crazy. 4 or 5 dollars for a small bottle of water and no coke products at restaurants . Then add on the parking cost when hotel was pricey already.

I did not like the car parking charges, and the worst is that they will automatically charge you $29 per night even if you do not have a car. You will have to discuss it with them to drop these added charges.

The restaurant manager came over and told one of my group that they outdid not eat the food they had delivered by doordash. Talked to her like she was a child ad should have known better. We were in the Tavern having drinks and they stopped serving food before they got there and they were hungry. And the waitress seemed aggrevated that we were sitting in the booth after we had finished our food (that we ordered in the nick of time) and finished our drinks. She said they closed at 11:00 but were staying open due to us being there. We specifically asked the front desk when we checked in what time the Tavern closed and we were told 12:00. Overall we were made to feel very unwelcome. We were nurses out for a girls night and just wanted relax and chat together. We ended up leaving and going upstairs. Kinda put a damper on the night
The location was perfect for a night at the Florida Theater
