Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe app for the access to all doors had several glitches for our entire group. I didn’t realize we were located on train tracks and the train is loud but my sound machine helped tremendously
Very nice, clean and friendly staff

United States of AmericaAlthough the streets were easy to navigate by car, we were able to find our way around well, I would have preferred to have a safe, walkable path towards the convention center--where our event took place.
The place was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. The amenities within the apartment made it a home away from home.

United States of AmericaThis unit is definitely not for anyone who is a light sleeper. We were on the pool side of the building, where there a tracks for freight trains just a stone’s throw away. The freight trains come frequently, including at midnight, 3AM, and 5:30am while we were there. They are loud, even with the windows closed. But with open windows, we couldn’t hear each other talking when the freight trains went by. The freight trains give the unit that gritty urban vibe, but if you don’t like noise, you won’t be happy here. Others have commented on the location. It’s about a mile from the heart of the city and in an industrial, not residential, area. So we Ubered everywhere when we might have walked if the building was in a more populous area. I bet in a few years, the neighborhood will be more developed with places to eat and shop. But for now, there isn’t much around the building so you have leave the area for just about everything, except for a small bar with axe throwing!
The person responsible for the interior decoration of this unit should be commended. The unit is beautifully designed, and everything is new. I particularly liked the wallpaper choices. The kitchen was well equipped, although it would be great if they added a Keurig machine and some coffee pods so you could make coffee. I was traveling with a coffee drinker, so this was the one complaint. Overall, a perfect unit for dinners together after a busy day of visiting the city or working. There’s a long table on the deck that could easily sit 8 people. They use the latchkey app. So entry was accessible through my phone.

Fresh, spacious and the staff were accommodating and friendly. We had small trouble with the thermostat but they made sure to get it fixed in a timely manner! We were able to walk, scooter and Uber to downtown.

United States of AmericaVery small issue- but didn’t want older kids walking around near building after dark. Ubers were super easy and fast, so not a problem. Building parking was full last day (NYE) but public garage next door was almost empty so it was fine for one night.
Size (apt 411-4 bed 3.5 bath) was perfect for two families of 4. Building and apartment are new and very nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive, although we didn’t need anything during stay. The apartment was nicely stocked with towels, paper products and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The gym had enough to get a good workout in. Easy walk to SoBro during the day. Easy on/off highway.

United States of AmericaThe only complication we had was that the sliding door to the patio wouldn't lock. The host said it was a problem they've had in the past. They will most likely get it fixed by the next stay.
The location didn't seem the best as their is a sort of homeless shelter across the street. I felt safe walking home at night but only because I was with a group. I would not recommend walking at night if you are by yourself. Other than that, the stay was great! The hosts were amazing. Both were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean.

United States of AmericaWe stayed in this unit 4/12-4/16/24. The building felt very secure and being able to leave our luggage first thing was helpful so we could go have some fun before checking in. The Latch app worked perfectly and we never had an issue. The condo was beautiful! Well equipped with necessities and fantastic decor. There was one MAJOR issue- the description of this unit fails to mention that this building is located in an industrial area, directly on a freight rail line. The trains run all night and all day, sometimes two at a time. It’s so incredibly loud that the sound machine provided in the bedrooms don’t do anything but add to the noise and confusion in the middle of the night. I find it interesting that none of the reviews have mentioned this. The fact that sound machines and ear plugs are provided tells me that the hosts are well aware of the noise situation, therefore it should be mentioned in the description. I suspect that there are not many repeat stays. Don’t let the Homeless Shelter next door deter you- we never had anyone approach us and ask for anything. For the most part we felt relatively safe walking back at night. If you like trains and don’t mind the sounds of an earthquake/helipad waking you up, this is the perfect place for you!

United States of AmericaToo far away from Broadway. Only 1 bathroom. Our country has a huge problem on its hands and when I’m on vacation it’s the last place I want to be reminded of it. The homeless problem in Nashville is significant. And it was front and center at your location. I wish there was more we could do for them.
It was clean and modern with all the consciences. Nice aroma loved the option of washer & dryer but never used it.
