We had problems with check in. A team member arrived earlier and had a very hard time checking in without me being there physically with the company credit card. This process should be made simpler especially for work related trips.

The place was ok. Slightly overpriced for what it is. Nice location though.

We were trying to contact the hotel office in the morning for check out but no one was there or available or answering the phone. We forgot a pair of sunglasses inside the room... Not great service.

No heat in the pool and hot tub. Too cold to use even with 26-27 C sunny weather. No follow through on promises to fulfill our requests for working hair dryer and clean wash cloths. We had to wait outside cleaning office to get more than the one roll of TP provided in room. No room cleaning service during our 4 night stay. No coffee maker and no coffee available until 10 am when the golf club restaurant opened.

Good location, nice grounds. Close enough to Indian Wells tennis tournament which was the reason for our stay. Staff tried to be helpful but appeared ill equipped in training and ability to assist. Tennis courts available to use for a small fee.

Old, needs updating facility. No glasses for drinking water. One wash cloth for 2 people. Minimal pleasantries. One chair, no table. Shower height was way too high. Bedspread was a light cotton weave blanket and it had a hole in it. Ice bucket in the kitchenette area and that was it. Twice the front desk never answered the phone when I had questions. Couldn’t announce we were leaving at 9 AM as no one answered at front desk.

On the golf course. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Soft pillows, yay. Quiet setting and room. Couldn’t hear neighbors. Staff was pleasant. Gated community so felt safe.

It was very old and had no amenities. I was glad there was a guard gate because the door didn’t have a secure bolt opened outward to a very dark parking lot.

We checked in at 6:30 pm, and the hotel check in counter was closed. The door was locked without any note letting me know when they would be back. I had to check with security only to find out it closes when the employee takes lunch.

The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette.

Room was dusty, floor and window ledge. Chipped paint and dirty walls. Wi-Fi never worked. Had to wait in the cold to get security to open room door as keys did not work. Bathroom fan was very very loud. No coffee maker. What!!! Micro wave and loud little fridge.

Smoke alarm detached and hanging from ceiling. Desk attendant could not help with Dish Network TV connection issue. Bedside lamp lightbulb was burned out. Entire complex looks dumpy and needs tons of attention. Daily traffic backups at resort entrance oftentimes negatively impacted traffic on main road outside the front gate.

The trash would pile up and all over the sidewalk, the grass in front of our room was up to our knees they mowed the golf course grass but the grass to the hotel was half ass mowed it look like they were gonna come back but never did in the 4 weeks we spent there . The ice machine was in the office but the office closed by 5 on most day . The barbecues were filthy dirty . We had to wait 4 day before we could use the pool and when we did it had bugs in it. Not enough lighting on the walkways in front of the rooms

We got rear-ended trying to get onto the property because security had traffic backed up for 30 minutes. They could not figure out how to get people cleared onto the property. After waiting on the police, etc, I finally got to the hotel checkin only to be told my reservation was cancelled because “the owner overbooked it with his friends who were playing golf.” Even though I had a confirmed booking 2 weeks in advance. Thankfully the guy went out of his way to find us a single king room (our reservation was for a double) that was still available.

The check in process was not good. I was getting my room information when a lady came in and 'cut' in front of me. the lady and what i can only guess was a new employee took care of the lady and only after several minutes addressed me to say they would be right with me. When I finally got to finish the transaction the room that they were going to give me wasn't right. It was 1 king bed instead of 2 queens. There was no information about checking out since there was no phone in the room and at 9am on Sunday there was no one in the office

Location was good for visiting living desert and local restaurants. The room was nice and clean. the water pressure was good, the fridge worked well and we liked the bar/counter

Good for the price. Rooms are VERY dated. Food at the restaurant was good. There isn't any house staff overnight. The overall stay was what was expected for the price I paid.
