I wanted a quiet room and the late night check in gal didn't seem to know anything about the rooms. So she gave us a really small room 312 overlooking a brick wall and the roof vent. Yes it was quiet except for the barking dog down the hall. She also quoted me extra charges that didn't make any sense. Very different from the gentleman who was working the AM shift, who was very helpful and polite.

These were some of the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Not everyone likes squishy, flat pillows.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was a good, close to a subway stop and bus stop.

In our final day, the housekeeper directly opened our door without checking if there’s anyone inside. It’s quite rude. But the rest of services are all perfect.

Thought the bathroom would be bigger than the regular room which is why I got a suite. There wasn’t a tablet like in the previous room I had.

Cleanliness of the room. Sheets were not clean, hair found in bathroom, gunk on the floor. The furniture was nice. Just think the cleaning staff didn’t do best job.

The staff! They were extremely helpful and kind! They went above and beyond to give me tips on parking and even helped me trouble shoot on some much needed chemo supplies I needed. Cinthya was amazing!

The hallways leading everywhere were very small and the lobby had a distinct funky smell to it. The parking situation was very poor. Normally something like that is included in the room cost, but it was an additional $60 to park which is ridiculous.

The room was comfortable, everything was a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in Chicago.

Very cozy hotel in a wonderful location. The area is easily accessible and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice, you can feel yourself at home and pampered with some nice benefits (ex. umbrellas always available). Very comfortable bed. I definitely recomend it.

Not sure if it's worth the price I paid for, room is a bit dated. Hot water in shower takes forever to be ready (I turned on for like a good 5+ minutes and thought hot water wasn't working).

Location is good, many shops and restaurant around, quieter and more chill than the Streeterville area (where I stayed before this). 5 mins walk to Red line Clark/Division so it's convenient.

Found that the desk staff were challenged a few times about answering questions about taxi service and best routes to take to certain sites. They may have been new on the job so some training about how and where to go in Chicago might be helpful to out of country guests. They were always pleasant but needed to be better informed about your wonderful city. Enjoyed the 5 p,m wine bar and the lovely outdoor patio. The location is excellent for walking and finding good eateries.

The bathroom door didn’t lock. The bathroom was a shower only (no bathtub). We couldn’t find any vending machines. The coffee could’ve been better and the bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Our second room really smelled like smoke. The first room was right by the elevator which sounded like we were standing on OHare’s flight line.
