We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location and a good rate. It was close to the highway and fairly easy to get to. The front desk lady was a delite even at 8 pm. The cleaning staff appeared hard working and got to work asap.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a Walmart and Sam's club literally down the road. Not to mention a Starbucks and other food choices. The woman that checked me in was very kind and pleasant to talk too. We arrived to find out there was a water leak at the property. The staff was very honest about the situation and gave me the choice to cancel. I waited it out and lucky enough the issue was fixed in a few hours so when we checked in the water was back on. The rooms were very clean and nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place in the future.

Beds were okay comfortable, bathroom and room were clean. I just didn't have a hairdryer and had no time to request one when I was getting ready. Amenities like shampoo and conditioner were small containers and were NOT full, so that presented a problem when we had more than one person needing shampoo, and again, not a lot of time to go down and get more. Again, it was a good price, temperature control was good and the room was clean, I just wasn't happy with the crinkly bed and the lack of amenities...i.e. hair dryer, shampoo and soap.

United States of AmericaThe beds are noisy getting on and off of and also very hard (In my opinion). The worst thing about the room was that the when you turn the shower on, the water did not drain in our bathtub.
We stayed in a Deluxe Queen room with 2 Queen beds. The man at the desk was very nice and very welcoming. When we entered the bedroom, it was nice and cool. Smelled fresh. The property is out of the way and tucked off and I love that.

United States of AmericaI did notice that the building needed a bit of caretaking. Things like wallpaper pulling away on the edges, very squeaky elevators, non-working ice machine on our floor, etc. And the shower curtain had some mold/mildew stains at the bottom from use.
When we first entered the lobby, I was immediately drawn to 3 beautiful plants on the check-in counter. I was told by D, who was AMAZINGLY kind and helpful, that Liz was the caretaker of the plants. She came out and we immediately bonded over the plants. We shared pics with each other of our houseplants. It just really made me feel welcomed. Liz and D were both WONDERFUL to us during our entire stay. The reason we were there to begin with was a concert that got cancelled and we booked again at this same location for the rescheduled date, because Liz and D were so fantastic. The room was clean and in order. The bed was FANTASTIC, and the sitting area was nice to have. The Hotel provided Dove toiletries, which was nice because that is a brand I use and trust. We requested no daily cleanings, but were able to easily get extra towels and trash bags. The hairdryer in our room had a short, so we dropped it off at the front desk on our way out and they had a new one delivered to our room. The TV had regular network television, plus access to VOD and Netflix and a few other apps. We used Netflix quite a bit and it was nice that it logged me out once I turned the TV off, so I didn't have to remember to log out before we checked out.
