United States of AmericaThe sink in my room was partially plugged up and Did not drain while the hot water was trying to work its way up to my room number 327. The sheet that I laid on popped off of the mattress.top left corner. I could not get it back because it was 2 small. Or maybe was not put on correctly. That night the sheets bunched up under me and bothered me all night as though I was laying on an annoying hump. I could not find the Bible in the drawer. Like I usually do at other hotels. Next time I will bring my own.
Linda was very kind and helpful in the breakfast. The Continental had a good multiple choice. The buiscits and the gravy was my favorite. The coffee machine allowed me to choose from 3 strengths. Nice!! 24 hour fresh coffer was appreciated. The breads all tasted as thpugh 'home-made'. The little doughnuts satisfied "just enough". I will try the sausage and egg sandwich next time: it smelled Delicious. I also will try the waffles next time. Because I noticed the children in the rom where really enjoying they're waffles amd topping.

The convenience of location, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is spot on for on the run type of person in that you get just what you'd need. The lady's that take care the breakfast area and prepare the food are very kind and helpful.

United States of AmericaI’m a little frustrated Because I told the staff at check in I had a dog, they almost seemed a little put out they had to change rooms and what not when booking.com had no option to pick an Orion for pets just kids and adults. Then told me there was a $20 fee. Fine, but nowhere it’s posted it’s an extra charge for a pet. And when I expressed there’s nowhere that states a pet fee they said that booking.com doesn’t show that option. Well if it doesn’t show a pet fee how would I even know to select a pet fee? So even tho online nowhere stated about the fee they still charged me instead of waving the whopping $20 when it’s clearly the third party’s fault. So yeah not happy with that and the breakfast was not at all like what you usually expect but it’s for for a night pit stop when you need a place to rest.

This is our favorite hotel on our trips through Janesville. We first like the economical rate but the beds are very comfortable and we have stayed in two different rooms over first 5 stays here. The breakfast is more than adequate when you consider most 'self-serve' breakfasts. The staff have been courteous and competent. We've used the pool only once but it was needed at the time after a long hot drive this past Summer!

United States of AmericaWe arrived at 1pm on Thanksgiving. We were hoping to check in so we could get to our families house. We didn’t even get barely in the door when greeted by JODIE a staff member. She basically cut my FIL off while talking and said firmly “ Check in isn’t till 3!!!” He again started to say that we were just trying and last year we were able to check in. She rudely cut him off again and seemed annoyed. We all looked at each other in anguish and wondered why she would treat customers this way. She after a little bit said that there were some rooms clean and we’d have to be put on the third floor. I thought that was weird to word it that way? My FIL went to pay and Jodie said “ you’ve already been charged”. I said but my booking.com reservation is a no prepayment no payment needed pay at property reservation that I paid extra for! She “ well it went through”. She was just so rude and it was uncalled for!!! I wanted that to hold the room but it not be charged so that really screwed us up. We again tried to say that last year that didn’t happen either . She cut me off this time firmly looked at me and said “ last year we had a different computer system and that’s how we do it now”. Ummmm then why be affiliated with booking.com that offers their customers those perks?!?! She would not change it or offer to reverse it or recharge it. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t double charged or anything like that. She gave me the receipt and rudely said “ here now you can check”. I said “ I will!”. I was done with Jodie treating us like garbage at this point.! She should not be working at a hotel on Thanksgiving greeting people. It really messed us up and booking.com needs to look into this hotel booking people and saying no pay till property but then charging anyway. False !!! The hallway smelled like marijuana. All other staff was nice and friendly!
