The room was decent but the bathroom not so much. Black mold around the sink. The door wasn't painted and around the shower was a hole. Sure water could run down.

Their coffee maker in the lobby made horrible coffee on each of our two trip stay. Furniture and appliances need to be updated.

Room was dirty, was not vacuumed well, tv had water streaks, dusty, tile entry sticky, bathroom door sticky. When i told office they just said sorry. I always bring clorox wipes so I cleaned it all. Crying baby woke me at 5am one morning, someone screaming woke me in the night one night (stayed 6 nights).

Location, served hot breakfast, price was OK on Booking. Gas right across street also. Beds clean, but way too high for me.

We used the washer and dryer on the 3rd floor and the washer only provided hot water, regardless of setting. Some of the toiletries were half used.

The dog park was well kept and nicely sized. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast and the coffee was good and strong. Good location convenient to lookout mountain and downtown.

It is near the freeway and across from a big truck gas station, so be prepared for a little road noise now and again. We don't really care mush about that as long as it gets quiet at night (which it does) but some of those trucks are REALLY loud and could disturb people who are more sensitive to that sort of thing.

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. Stayed two nights here on our road trip to check out Chattanooga a bit. What a beautiful city, and this was a convenient place to stay to get around. Nice staff and safe area.

My only major con for this property was the breakfast. One of the reasons I chose this property was the “ American “ breakfast. My wife and I travel several times a year and love a nice hotel breakfast before starting our day. The breakfast offered was rather sparse and quite honestly didn’t taste all that great. There is room for improvement here.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is just a short drive from all the major points of interest.

The bed comforter was visibly stained. The pool is much smaller than it looks in pictures. Some of the staff were friendly while others (night staff) seemed to be bothered if you needed anything. The breakfast was just mediocre.

I booked on booking.com and the additional pet fee wasn’t included in the cost and I had to pay an additional $25 fee.

The breakfast they provided for guests was excellent. They keep the everything hot & refilled very often. It was wonderful & the location of breakfast offered was great. My handicapped room was great…I loved the shower where I didn’t have to step in a tub.
