We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

St. MaartenIt was quite noisy in the hallway between the rooms and you could often hear doors banging as the guests were leaving or returning to their rooms.
Breakfast was pretty good and offered a variety of options. There was a nice cosy atmosphere in the breakfast room.

He was much more polite to the customer in front of me, inviting them to breakfast in the morning (didn't even mention it to me). My room was good except for the trash between the bedside table and the bed. Easy to miss when cleaning but it looked like it had been missed fairly often.
The location was good. The room was nice. I would stay again.

Good location, easy to drive to Downtown SA. Good restaurants near by. King size bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits.

United States of AmericaOnly thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom but that didn't affect service or usage of the facilities.
We were quite satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was back to pre covid and was great for the family especially the kiddos. Our room was clean upon arrival. Water pressure was great. We stayed for 4 nights and 3 days so after the 3rd night out room was cleaned I was truly impressed. I liked how close we were to restaurants, Wal-Mart, sams and target in case we needed anything which we did.

United States of AmericaRooms were not made up everyday, receptionist told me that was because of covid, but I had to go to the front desk and ask about it, they should told me from the beginning so that way I could make up my bed before heading out, and come back in the afternoon to a make up room. The room looks clean, but they can do a depth cleaning once in a while, like moving furniture, cleaning behind everything, etc.
Breakfast was really good, my kids were really satisfied with it!! The location was excellent, a lot of stores closed by, and downtown was like 15-20 min away, really closed!!
