We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was quite noisy in the hallway between the rooms and you could often hear doors banging as the guests were leaving or returning to their rooms.
Breakfast was pretty good and offered a variety of options. There was a nice cosy atmosphere in the breakfast room.

man at the front desk, I couldn’t really understand his accent and raised his voice when he had to repeat himself 3 times for the word “Pet”. still didn’t help. he had to say “any dogs? cats?” I didn’t like there was no elevator to second floor.

The parking and entrance to the rooms could use better lighting. It seemed a little to dark for comfort.
The bed's and the black out curtains were great. We were able to get some much needed rest before beginning our day.

When I book a double room, I expect two queen beds. There were full size beds. The room was very small.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every part was very clean, even the parking lot.

The manager seemed to get short with me when I provided my Tax Free form on check-in. He was much more polite to the customer in front of me, inviting them to breakfast in the morning (didn't even mention it to me). My room was good except for the trash between the bedside table and the bed. Easy to miss when cleaning but it looked like it had been missed fairly often.
The location was good. The room was nice. I would stay again.

NO elevator at this property. The stairs need to be rebuilt. Not wide enough. I almost fell wearing my boots. Not good for someone with lots of luggage.
Good location, easy to drive to Downtown SA. Good restaurants near by. King size bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits.

My room was in the little building I’d front of the main building, carpet is a little off and dirty in the stairs, no elevator.
Room was clean, location is very good with restaurants around and near a main freeway. Bed was comfy, fridge was useful, Great AC

Only thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom but that didn't affect service or usage of the facilities.
We were quite satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was back to pre covid and was great for the family especially the kiddos. Our room was clean upon arrival. Water pressure was great. We stayed for 4 nights and 3 days so after the 3rd night out room was cleaned I was truly impressed. I liked how close we were to restaurants, Wal-Mart, sams and target in case we needed anything which we did.

You have free breakfast but omg 5:45 am to 8 am come on at least till 10 am 😏 in other hotels I have stayed in they served till 11 am TV kind of small plus the TV doesn't have any guide so you have to change channels manually. Only affects people that are willing to see the tv

Rooms were not made up everyday, receptionist told me that was because of covid, but I had to go to the front desk and ask about it, they should told me from the beginning so that way I could make up my bed before heading out, and come back in the afternoon to a make up room. The room looks clean, but they can do a depth cleaning once in a while, like moving furniture, cleaning behind everything, etc.
Breakfast was really good, my kids were really satisfied with it!! The location was excellent, a lot of stores closed by, and downtown was like 15-20 min away, really closed!!

A bit noisy from other guests repeatedly slaming doors. More like an argument of misunderstandings between people that got a bit loud. But overall it was a good stay.
The gentleman at the front desk was kind, friendly and helpful with a great smile.
