I didn’t like that the room card stopped working daily because of that I was locked out my room for about 40 minutes. I sat in the reception area and waited for the front desk person to come back

We stayed in a Suite the AC in the main room did not work the lights in the main room did not work and the restroom was dirty with hair stuck on the walls and in the tub! The pool was not clean and full of bugs

The bathtub has no grip in it and it was very slippery so I fell. Need to put some grip strips on the bottom so people don’t fall.

The bed was HORRIBLE it felt like I was laying on wood. Get the carpet replaced on the 3rd floor in the hall. And the water pressure coming from the sink was comical.

I asked the front desk help for help as our TV was not changing channels with remote nor by pushing buttons. She said she was coming and never did. There was a lot of noise from 10 pm 2 am in the halls. The eggs and potatoes were absolutely awful. The pancakes, bacon, and sausage were good.

It was right across from the venue. It was well lit, easy to find, and included breakfast.

I understand remodeling so I'm not complaining on that however our room was very dark only a small lamp and light at front of the room. making is very difficult to see good especially at night time when we couldn't open window. Also our room had a strong bad oder like mold. it would come in waves maybe from ac. overall it was a good stay. we managed.

The location for us was perfect. Easy access to local stores, shopping & food. The price was fair too. considering they are remodeling. Houston galleria mall was lk 25min away which sounds far but we got there so fast it didn't feel like it. Staff was super nice. We had a upset baby and one staff member bought her a ice cream and made her happy. It really was so nice.

Breakfast was not a full breakfast, egg was burnt, oramge juice was watered-down. The room was supposed to be a suite. Was missing blankets and pillows, of which the front desk was able to get me 2 sheets. The elevator was stuck a couple of times, and the carpet in our hallway had big clorox stains. It's definitely a downgrade from other stays at the same chain of hotel.

Ran out of breakfast food (needed bigger amounts). Some of the tiles in floors were loose. Wanted a light by bed to stay on by itself but it was connected to the big light by door?

We liked the eating area. Having hot food. The beds and pillows in rooms were comfy. The location and well lit parking area were good. Easy access to highway.

The was some mildew in the shower on the ceiling. The vent fan in the bathroom needed a cleaning.

The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The A/C was excellent. The staff was some of the BEST I’ve ever dealt with.

When I went to breakfast, the pancake maker wasn't working. I told the front desk staff & she came right over and discovered that it wasn't plugged in. So she plugged it in. She had to locate an outlet (on the very bottom shelf), got down on her hands & knees & finished the job. Thanks! On the 2nd breakfast day, the coffee pot was empty. Another staff immediately refilled the pot & apologized. Great service! Room was clean, cool & quiet, even though I had some thumps in the hallway. Could put more coffee, sugar & creamer in the room too. And coffee maker was not near an outlet. Had to move to the desk to get near an outlet. Overall, my stay was safe, clean, quiet.

The staff was attentive, friendly, as were some of the guests. Check-in and check-out were easy & seamless. I loved the free breakfast...had a lot of variety; & free Wi-Fi connection, even though I wasn't given any info on this. I discovered it quite by accident.

The pool and breakfast were both really good, the bed was uncomfortable, noise level was great first two nights but then Friday night and Saturday it was so loud hardly slept.. but the size of the room and bathroom was excellent, service was excellent

Our first night was really tough for me because of the receptionist who talked super loud (on a speaker ) on his phone to someone in the middle of the night. He woke me up 2 times :at 1am and around 2.30am. I asked him to be more quiet, but he ignored it. All other stuff were super nice and respectful!
