Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

El SalvadorParking lot is a bit scary. Dodgy characters are there at all times. And one day I found car window glass next to mine. Only one elevator works. The other one is very slow and old.
Other than the elevators, the hotel is well kept. Rooms are like any other LaQuinta. The surrounding area is perfectly adequate and with easy access to the freeway.

United States of AmericaReported light in bathroom was out. Maintenance did not fix the issue. Had to use the bathroom with the hall light on which wasn’t much help. A whole day and half no bathroom light. Elevators need to be updated very old and slow. One was out of order made the wait longer and you couldn’t get on because of too many people so you had to wait.

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards (carpet in particular). The Elevator was dirty & only one was working & very slowly. There is a rented ballroom where there was a birthday party and adults got drunk, and there was drama.
The location to my job site & the free parking & breakfast.

United States of AmericaBooking thru booking.com will and can become an issue so I advise not using this website, they couldn’t see that I booked more than one room without me showing proof. So issues really came from booking through a third party. Have your receipts ready. Some randos chill around the back/side entrances so beware. Overall nothing we couldn’t handle at least were from ATL.
This was a convenient stay for the price! Staff maintained our room by keeping it clean. Some ACs and fridges don’t work but some rooms did - couldn’t complain much. Food they offered did the job. Elevators were a little slow but we were on the 2nd floor so didn’t matter much. Overall it was convenient and Mari at the front desk was super helpful and kind.

United States of AmericaThe Elevators took too long to come! Only one elevator was working! Also everyone staying at the hotel had to keep going to the front desk to have their key reactivated! My keys were deactivated at least 5 times! I was super mad about that because it was an inconvenience to keep waiting 10 minutes for an elevator to keep getting my keys reactivated! I don’t know why everyone keys kept getting deactivated but it was an inconvenience for everyone, not just me and my family but most of the hotel guests.
The location was very convenient to a wedding I attended.

United States of AmericaKitchen staff never seemed ready for breakfast, always had to wait for something. They should anticipate things running out to prevent consumers having to wait for breakfast to come out. My room was on the 1st floor had to go to 3rd floorto get ice.
The room was clean, the bed was confortable and great shower pressure, night reception staff was awesome. Day staff needs to be more personable.
