The room smelled weird, the fridge was not clean and sheets were stained

Cleanliness of bathroom saw hair on floor and shower head was low had to bend over to hair wet.

Breakfast was waffles and cereal ok but did not eat.Location was good close enough to American Bank Center.

The room could have been cleaner, it needed a deep clean. And it needed some minor fixing up.

Even tho the property wea right next to the highway, it was quiet inside.

Floor was super dirty I kept picking up dirt into the. Bed. top sheets were super stained bath tub had hair on the wall where someone had shaved. There was hairs in the. Fridge too..

I didn’t like it is located next to a shop where you can hear the fork lift making noise as it does when put in reverse so early such as 7-9am central time. I didn’t like the bed sheets had yellow stains on bottom feet area. I didn’t like the fact it says they serve breakfast and there is no eggs.

The tv shows. The charge port next to tv. The water was very hot for a nice hot shower and bath. Fully stocked on toiletry and kitchen items. Towels were clean and fresh. The ac unit worked and kept room nice and cold.

not as advertised. room was old and door did not seal when closed. floors were dirty with someone’s hair on the floor. we used our shoes to walk around. tv was all out of whack. said it was on A&E but was showing SpongeBob. we booked 2 nights, only stayed 1 night and would rather drive 2 hours home than stay another night here.

I asked 3 times to get my room cleaned and they didn't clean it, I reserved a double room and they gave me a regular room for the same price and I couldn't cancel because there were no other last minute hotels.

property was damaged the front door to the building was broken. The rooms had stains floor was sticky. Saw baby roches in the restroom.

Floor in our room was filthy. It left the bottom of my bare feet black with dirt. Not exaggerating. I had to mop the floor myself. I did this because I had already been to the front desk twice to tell them about unsatisfactory accommodations and didn’t want to have to change rooms again. Our first room was not even ready so they gave us a different room. In our second room TV didn’t work but maintenance guy replaced. Security latch was broken. I told the maintenance guy and all he said was “ah man. I just replaced that!” but never returned. This location of La Quinta is OLD and in much need of repair and modernization. This is a motor hotel. Pool was closed for repair the first day we arrived. I can go on but it’s not worth it. I stayed because my booking was not refundable and I paid for three nights. Only stayed two nights. Never again will I stay there.

They need to clean better and update their furniture. The sofa for the pullout was very dirty and old.

The room was really dirty. Hairs and stains all over the bed. Floors were horrible. The sofa bed was wet and smelled really bad. Bathtub and bathroom had hairs and dirt everywhere. Had a mouse running around all night long. The living room floor was uneven and the doors would not stay closed or open. Living room floor also dips in the middle. The living room furniture is all stained black and smells bad. We had to go buy sanitizer and cleaning supplies to get through the night. We were in room 202.

TV and AC/Heater worked perfectly.

Needs to be more cleaner and my restroom light was flickering then started leaking water really bad from the ceiling Wi-Fi was super slow had to use my own hotspot for the tv so we basically didn’t have anything to watch unless hotspot was connected. Staff was really nice though.

When got room was really dirty had to sweep with a towel and mop by hand. bed sheets where stained. Also outside cleaning was a most someone had thrown shrimp outside and all smelled was raw fish every morning. Our room never got cleaned the 3 days we stayed
