We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We booked this place specifically as it had listed a laundry and due to being on the road for a while, this was the only day we were able to do this - we arrived and went to the laundry room, only to find the dryer had an "out of order" sign on it so we weren't able to do our laundry as we would have liked. Feel like this should be advertised on the listing as it was the major factor for us in choosing this accommodation. Also not a massive fan of the pool being in the middle of the parking lot, made you think twice about going swimming as everyone driving by could see you in the pool and it backed onto a few fast food places so definitely lacking a little bit of privacy. Quite expensive for what you are getting but it was Memorial Weekend so that also could have been a factor in the price for our stay.
Room was spacious and quite modern, very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved that the bathroom had a walk in shower! Staff were very friendly and let us check in 20 minutes early which was very much appreciated, lots of car parking spaces and not too far of a drive to downtown Nashville.

The room insulation wasn’t all that great. I could hear my neighbors talking above and below me. Sometime I could hear their tv.
The interior facilities and room were nice, modern, and comfortable.

The air conditioning actually makes a little noise (due to the type of equipment), but as it wasn't hot I ended up turning it off.
The facilities are new and clean. The room and bed are very good. Good shower with new shower stall. The wifi works well. The breakfast is simple but served well too.

The air quality wasn't great in the room. The room smelled a little musty. I think it came from the A/C.

The shower floor was quite slippery, though perfectly clean. Wonder if it's because of a cleaning product, because it has texture, but seemed like it was slick as if oily. The corners around the baseboards in the breakfast area need a good scrubbing to get all the old crumbs out. The rest of the breakfast setup was very nice and clean. Would have liked more fresh fruit options at breakfast. There were only some strangely grayish Red Delicious apples. Maybe bananas, or even canned pineapple. Thanks for asking!
Room and bathroom were very very clean. Nice! Front desk staff were awesome, especially the morning I left. It was fun to see how they and the maintenance staff were going out of their way to open the pool for a very excited kid. Loved that the window opened so I could hear birds, and that the thermostat worked so I could fully control and even turn off the A/C fan. Thank you for that!

The bed was a bit hard and the tub surround a bit tired.
The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was well appointed. Location near airport was perfect. The breakfast was great!

There was an unpleasant odor in hallway. Although room was clean it smelled slightly of cigarette smoke.
Staff was excellent, check in was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was very convenient for airport access and local shopping/dining.

One of the elevators was out but there was a second one near our rooms.
The Hotel smelled clean, first of all. The room rate was very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. They had Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure in the shower was superb. The breakfast was complete with scrambled eggs ( not boiled and chilled) sausage, gravy and biscuits and waffles.
