Ice machine was broken, smelled bad, long black hairs on pillow cases, floor not swept, dust on back of headboard, multiple areas of disrepair. Totally understand lack of workforce these days but will stay at aloft next time and pay the extra.

Bed was comfortable and great water pressure and the only reason we chose LaQuinta was pet friendly and no extra charge.

About 5 am. There was a few people yelling and arguing down the hall Was getting bad enough I was about to call the police

It wasn't very clean. The main parts of the room were pretty clean but it was apparent that the corners and behind furniture is almost never cleaned. Dust collected in those places. Also, the room did not smell pleasant. It was musty. The staff had loud conversations at 2am right outside, so that was not ideal. My room key stopped working each day after i left for the day. I had to take it to the front desk at least 4 separate times. I got new keys and it kept happening. The staff was not willing to investigate the issue. So I had to just keep coming down. It was disappointing. I did, however, come in contact with some really helpful and personable staff.

It was affordable in a pretty good location.

The room was nice, but the toiletry items were not stocked very well. It looked like some of them had been used before. The breakfast area had very little to offer. The coffee machines were empty and there was no attendant to replenish anything.

Room needed updating and maintenance. Toilet seat was loose, mold around areas of tub/shower. The ice machine was out of order. Exercise Room had 2 machines that were worn out. The Hotel needed major updating to bring it to a higher level of rating. The pool had no towels.

Location was great. Breakfast was average ran out of juice in machine. Went next door to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

The 4th floor had an odd odor in the hallway and my room did too at first. There was trash in the hall and several maintenance issues that had been left unattended.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had basic continental breakfast but, we ate nearby.

The hotel felt old and needs updated.

Breakfast is at 7:00 and we had to leave before that time. Should be at 6:00 everyday. For the price was very disappointed. Need to update to charge this amount.

Could have been cleaner the bathroom especially I don't like seeing body hair from previous guests when I'm taking a shower or getting out! Like the put a towel across the floor to keep from having to clean! 🤢 and the shower curtain has mold also 🤮🤢 the building literally smelled like they were trying to cover up a smell I don't know! Just not a place I would choose to stay again

Property is old and in need of a renovation. The bathroom was something to be had and made sure I wore shower shoes when showering. No frig in room. It’s the basics and for the money, not worth it. Would not recommend.

The toilets didn't flush, the sink was slow to drain, my top comforter cover had red stains on it. Mine wasn't the only room not flushing. One guest was at desk informing them about theirs and was handed a plunger. The AC running couldn't drown out the highway noise. I booked 2 nights, but stayed somewhere else night 2. I felt sorry for the employees, they were doing what they could.

It was in the area I needed to be. The air conditioner worked and was cool. When I checked in the desk clerk was very nice.

No breakfast and pool wasn't open due to covid so that was understandable. No microwave in the room. Bathtub looked like it needed a bleach pen taken to it.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Nashville was only a 20 minute drive.

The room was a standard hotel room. Nothing special. The carpet turned my white socks gray within a matter of minutes. There was razor stubble on the caulking between the sink and the mirror, and the toilet tank had not been cleaned. The sheets appeared to have not been changed. If they were, housekeeping does not know how to make a bed. They hotel advertised a pool and free breakfast but upon check-in a sign states their not offering either due to Covid-19. I'd expect to pay $50 a night for this room, not the $100 we were charged.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great personality for being so close to midnight.

The room should be dusted, the sink water pressure was extremely low, and the remote didn't work. The breakfast selection wasn't the greatest either. Need a few more options like yogurt,fruit,scramble egg, and sausage or bacon. The water was hot, needed ice

They are repainting and working on the while building. Paint fumes and drywall dust in all the hallways and stairs/elevator. Probably a great place to stay, just not this weekend.
