Construction at all times of the day. House keeping never came. Construction crew walks in your room with out notice.

It looked like renovations were occurring and the workers were not very tidy. The breakfast area was not attended and was messy. There wasn't really any decent protein options. The tables were also in need of cleaning. The fitness area was being used to house supplies for updates to the room and not available for guests to utilize. The staff were ambivalent and not engaging with guests.

The room looked like it was recently renovated and better than I expected. The pillows were some of the best I have come across in a hotel in recent years.

The coffee maker was missing a piece so no coffee in the room. The coffee from the breakfast area had no taste to it. The free breakfast was not as described to be. We went to Cracker Barrel next door.

one ice machine on third floor for entire hotel. snack machine out of order. juice machine at breakfast out of order. garbage can in hall for dripping pipe. paint and drywall covered the hallways. pool was ice cold.

Construction dust was evident everywhere, and I know that can't be helped, considering the renovations being done. You need to seriously change soap vendors! The bar soap was totally useless. It offered no lather at all! Complimentary breakfast offered zero protein options.

Common areas were very dirty and univiting. Bathroom door in room missing a door handle, hangers didnt fit rod making them useless, coffee pot missing parts - unusabe, coffee pot cord too short to reach any available plug. No juice at breakfast, very limited choices on everything. Hallway to our room was filthy. Renovation in room was unfinished.

Actual room was adequately clean. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast area items all to close for multi people. No juice and/ or yogurt. Halls were not clean and the bathroom in lobby and lobby area didn’t seem clean and welcoming. Under construction ???

Staff was not exceptional. Notes were not read. Room was marginally clean and the facility is old and dumpy. Breakfast was horrible. It was motel 6 expectations at a higher price.

The hotel was under construction. The hallways and elevators were ripped apart. The pool had no lights, so the kids had to swim in the dark. The hot tub looked dirty so we didn’t go in it.

The location is great and price was nice. Breakfast was a bust. No juice, only Milk Coffee or hot tea.Tea. Only hot option was waffles or oatmeal. Dry options were little fruit options, cereal, and bread. All looked to be white bread. Overall breakfast was super disappointing. Wish they had more of a hot option.

Sink & vanity are “outside” the bathroom- ??? Worn out, torn carpet- hallway strongly smelled like marajuana- staff did not “greet”, did not look up or at us checking in or out- poor customer relations- needs a lot of work in this area

Facility was very dated and was not kept very clean. The fan in the bathroom was hanging by wires.

The hotel breakfast. Not enough options and needed a restocking on pretty much everything. No orange juice at break, vending machine was completely empty, & no toilet paper or paper towels in lobby bathroom. Also, the hotel kinda looked like it was falling apart and just needs more updating. WiFi was also extremely slow

One of them staff keep annoy knock the door telling us check it out and we know that and we had to take care kids and make sure no missing the room. I just didn’t like one part feel so disrespectful to have annoy keep knock back and forth that hall. They have to learn patient let guest errrand to do finish from check out.
