We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It’s a motel, so your room door open to a balcony and these people stayed outside until 4am talking as loudly as they could so I couldn’t sleep. No security around there that late .

No coffee maker or hot water pot in room. I often will bring my own instant coffee on travels, but still want a hot water pot to make coffee. The missing mini-refrigerator was not really an issue, but I do often travel by car in the state, and will bring food from home. I don't buy exclusively from restaurants. I am value conscious. Also, it rained heavily, and the rain turned the path from my parked car into a swollen creek and even walking clear to the other side of the parking lot, provided only a marginally less flooded main road between the bulk of the lower front parking lot and the office and main building. The Soap dispenser in the shower was fairly low in quantity and I had to push quite hard on the plunger to get any soap out of the dispenser bottle.
Nothing much. The Breakfast Lady was nice, very efficient and kept the whole room clean and ready for the next guests. The breakfast was very busy that morning and she stayed on top of replenishing the food areas and wiping down the tables and crumbing the chairs. She was an asset.

Pillows were soiled and smelled. Housekeeping turned air conditioner down very low so when I returned to the room in the evenings it was uncomfortably cold. Walls and ceiling had unfinished drywall mud repairs. Bathtub had a crack. Room of third floor leaked in the hallway. Elevator didn’t always work properly.
Location to my destination. Room was clean.

Price was high but then again it was the weekend I had booked in for so most do raise the room price at weekends.
Great location lots of eaters close by within walking distance and Busch Garden entrance is just across the road 50yds if that. Simple but great breakfast with very welcoming and helpful staff. There is a swimming pool and plenty of parking around the motel.

Room 142 had maintenance issues. Front door closer was broken, so door slammed shut very loud and hard. Had to keep hold on it. Shower ceiling was very soft and paint was coming away from the wall and ceiling in the shower. Drywall repair and paint jobs were horrible. I could have done better myself as a home owner. Floors were very dirty. Needed mopping and cleaning better. The outside walk ways and building itself looked dirty. Needed a lot of power washing and repainting. The breakfast needed more variety. Tired of boiled eggs and sausages were cheap frozen but ok. Would liked to have seen some bacon, grits, scrambled or fried eggs. Waffles were excellent. Other food items were excellent. Seating area was excellent. Staff member attending breakfast was very nice.
Breakfast was decent. Hotel was nice enough. Very convenient to parks and convince shopping. Close to carryout restaurants also. Ice machines worked great. Could use a water softener system.

The hotel is old and dirty; they painted the walls to make it look as if it had been renovated, but the room amenities were not renovated. The bed is not comfortable. Breakfast, while I understand is continental, was very poor and the staff were rude.
I didn’t like anything about it.

The area is rough as about 3 am a car drove through the park lot blaring music. And any conversation outside would be clearly heard. No fault of the hotel. The breakfast was bare minimum and restocking was bare to non.
For the price it was nice and clean. The breakfast was okay.

The room had no safe, though that information was in the booking page. Other than that we did not have any issues.
The breakfast was very good, even if there wasn't a lot of a variety. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was helpful and, even though we arrived 1am, the check in was very quick.

Outside the room, the hotel could be cleaner. Maybe some kind of construction was in place, but with no information about it.

The person that checked us in was very rude.We had a group of 25 people staying for 2 nights and there wasn’t any where for us to visit in the evening. We kinda took over the lobby. They didn’t seem to mind though. The night staff was very friendly
It was within walking distance of restaurants, stores and other conveniences.
