The bed was unfortunately not very comfortable at all. The elevator closest to our room was out of order. There are no vending machines on the property and the market where you can buy snacks and other small items was not stocked.

Our room was nice and clean and appears to have been updated recently. The water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. Breakfast was good!

The room could have used some more attention when cleaning. We checked in as soon as our room was finished being cleaned. However, there was hair in the bathroom, on our beds and in the beds as well. The floors still had pieces of dirt on them. Our room was on the first floor and when my son was checking out the view of the pool from the window, we realized the window was not locked. This was a huge safety concern and thankful that we noticed it straight away. Lastly, there were people in the hallway all night long being very loud and slamming doors.

The location of the property was great. The front desk gentleman was very nice.

There was only one elevator working in the building as they were working on the other one down the hall. This caused for long and congested wait times at the elevator and I did end up walking down the steps 7 floors once because it was faster. No big deal because I probably needed to do this! The rooms were nicely renovated but it looked like the renovation skipped the tub and paint on the bathroom door in our room. The tub and door looked pretty old and dingy compared to the rest of the room. The volume on our remote didn't work which was no big deal since we really didn't need to watch any TV. Small detail but it is something to note.

Location and ease of getting in and out were great! There is a lot of shopping and amenities very close by. The hotel was clean and in great shape and the lobby/breakfast area was spacious and really nice. I'd stay here again!

The room was spacious but, the bathroom inside the shower they left the last people’s soap in there. Plus there were also ants, I saw on my second night started crawling all over my dogs bed.

The tub I guess was clogged. Three minutes into your shower and the water is up to your ankles. Takes a while to drain. Not good for back to back showers

The card reader on the door was wonky and barely worked with either room key. Also the room had 3 places in the ceiling that were coming down, maybe one due to a leak from above. Notified front desk about all issues.
