For the amount of money we paid, they should at least offer free breakfast. Had to keep calling housekeeping for toilet paper and bath towels.

The hotel is very large and serves as a vacation rental. Trying to obtain pool towels at all of the pools was challenging because some are only reserved for vacation rental guests. The food menu pricing for room service was insanely overpriced. I had an awful experience at the Spa-- the therapist did well considering, but lights turned on twice and the music system shut off in the middle of my massage. I was also not asked if i preferred a specific gender for a therapist (which i did), and it was a very awkward time overall. I was only offered a minimal discount of services for these issues. Do not recommend the spa at all.

The room was great! Plenty of space and shower + toilet were separate from vanity which makes sharing with family much easier. The breakfast at the pirate themed outdoor cafe (sorry forgot the name!) was excellent. All of the pools were great, but our favorite was the lazy river. We loved feeding the fish and ducks (and sneaky turtles) in the lake.

The carpet in the room/hotel has its fair wear and tear. Unfortunately we are alergic to dust and that didn't help but not much can be done about that but keeping it as clean/dust free as possible. One time the bedding was ripped and wasn't quite up to scratch clean. But we had it changed following day. It took us about 2-3 calls and a couple of visits to reception until we got to the bottom of having our water bottles delivered every day. But it was eventually done. We would prefer if there were some drink options, alongside bottled water, in the fridges with the price list if neccessary to easily grab a cold drink in the room.

We loved the staff, super friendly and always ensuring that we have the best time. Breakfast team is the best!! The hotels pools are great and accessible. And we enjoyed it first week of january!!! Love walk around the lake, our room was with the lake view and we loved it. We enjoyed mini-golf, lazy lake pool, food by the pool and it was just fab. Love BBQ facilities too!

The pillows were horrible. The restaurant on site was extremely overpriced for the quality recieved. Sided were cold, steak was fatty, bread was dry and our stomachs were upset well into the next morning.

The location was excellent and the staff was wonderful. Our room was clean and housekeeping was on point.

Staff was friendly, loved the coffee shop and bar and grill by the pool. We used the shuttles often to get to Disney locations!

Food seemed a little expensive but it's a giant fancy hotel in Orlando, so that lines up.

Friendly front desk staff, large room, clean and comfortable overall. Disney fireworks 🎆🎇 nightly. Less expensive than Signia hotel across the street.

No early entry to Disney like the other Bonnet Creek properties

Great hotel. Large rooms, clean, beautiful surroundings and pool areas. Location is perfect for going to the Disney parks.
