That I didn’t receive my refund or a response after the manager telling me specifically to call the next day for the refund and they blew me off over and over for 4 days.

I paid for a room through booking that wasn’t available when I arrived and so I booked for 4 nights directly through the hotel but never got a refund for the online booking. I called the hotel several times and emailed them and contacted booking.com and no response from the hotel.

The room was fine it’s that the Sink got clogged and not draining sink got clogged and not draining Shower and hold at the bottom at some boxes coming out everywhere and then at the end of my day I got charged with a cleaning fee for leaving the room dirty because of these issues

The staff was incredible but we had a lot of mishaps. One room didn’t lock properly so we moved to another room but it was for some reason much smaller than the room we booked the night before. Then whoever was above us made noise and banged around all night. Our light in our bathroom did not work.

I didn't like the room that I was reserving because when I got in the room there was dust all underneath the bed with a little baby sock and there was dirt everywhere on the floor and then the TV was I had a whole like somebody had shot it with a gun or something in the middle of it and like we could watch TV you know

The floor was sticky. And dirty. My socks were black after walking on the floors, ick. Needed to be mopped. I find this is often the case with motel 6s. Makes me wonder what they are using to mop the floors!

When asking for body-size towels, they gave us small towels that were dirty. They told us that they couldn't accommodate our need for towels for a few days. The bed was dirty and the non-smoking room still smelled as smoke. Lastly, the shower was not enough space to move in, and I am 5'2".

The employees were friendly and understanding of our circumstances. It was a shelter that we needed due to the loss of our accommodations at another hotel. They were also understanding when we had to change rooms due to health issues.

First room didn't have working AC. Second room had a slight funky smell. Check in was laborious and it seemed like they were adding steps to make it even more so.

Deadbolt knob was broken, so it was difficult to engage it but still managed to lock it. Door safety latch was broken so no extra defense if someone broke through the deadbolt. Amenities were lacking: one coffee packet, two bars of soap. The curtain was damaged and walls are thin.

Good proximity to freeway. Overnight staff member was very friendly and made late night check-in a breeze. Room was overall clean and the shower was good with nice temp and pressure.
