We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The whole experience was great. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.We have stayed many times before and enjoy it each time.

United States of AmericaI did not like the drinking water at breakfast as after I drank half the cup I saw floaties. Then I checked my daughter's cup and realized there was mold floating in our cups! I ate ice the night before so who knows how much mold I ingested, but it was super gross. Apparently they need to clean their taps and ice machines.
The hotel overall was really nice. The room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. The breakfast food was very good and a nice variety.

We stayed in Walla Walla, WA on Friday, but still paid Booking.com for the room. We were unable to change or modify reservations based on my understanding of the booking agreement.

Great location, safe, bright entrance and parking. Comfy size of room, friendly staff and great breakfast! Quiet for the most part, felt safe coming and going alone. Bed was comfy, convenient ice machine and vending and snacks.

United States of AmericaThere were NO USB ports. If you didn't have a plug in you were out of luck. The rooms need to be more tech friendly. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Hard to see to put makeup on.
We stayed there because they had a pool. The kids really enjoyed it. Room was nice, it had a a fridge and microwave. They had breakfast. Employees were all very nice, helpful and professional
