We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like the top blankets they smelled I didn’t like the spraying and cleaning of room before I entered. I didn’t like that it was very noisy and couldn’t sleep peacefully. We needed a hotel unexepectedly at jfk at midnight. Front desk stayed open until we got there. Front desk female clerk went out of her way to help during weather storms and plane delays.

Plus have a poster stating if your car go missing they are not responsible for it. So what the sense you pay for your car to be secure and it’s a different story when you get in to park your car. I didn’t like the fact that they had 3 pillows on the bed like what’s up with that…

United States of AmericaMy room was not cleaned from the previous person staying there. They provided me another room which also hadn’t been cleaned from the previous room. On the third try they found me a room that was clean. I had to lug my luggage up and down the lifts during this. During my stay the smell of weed was terrible. Cleaning staff woke me up and were knocking at my door at 0900 trying to come into my room and clean. Parking is extra money. TVs a little hard to operate as I had to download apps to watch anything. Overall not a pleasant stay.

I was waiting a while for help. It was busy but when I got there it was just me before others got there and concierge had started helping me but then also started helping others and I was waiting a while. Then I was given a different room than what I booked which the concierge did give a $100 off fir. My room smelled like someone had been smoking in there and the walls are very thin and I could hear the phone ringing in other rooms and all conversations happening in the hallway. My bathtub had rust in it and there was nothing to keep the door propped. In addition to all of this, I was charged twice; on here with the card I provided which I was told wouldn’t be charged and then on my card I provided onsite.
