LONG wait to checkin at reception. Only 2 people on the front desk and it was also their responsibility to answer incoming phone calls. We waited in line about 20 minutes to check in.

The toilet was blocked but they moved us to another room very quickly.. and then both sinks were blocked but they resolved it very quickly. Was happy with how well they handled our issues.

Loved this place! Had a great play area out back for kids and adults alike. Cute squirrels scurrying around was definitely a highlight.

The hotel was super clean and easy to locate off the highway. While it was too cold to enjoy the pool, we enjoy the surrounding area and visited the town of Flagstaff. We would stay here again if we're ever back in town!

The balconies could be bigger.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The facilities were excellent. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful and the pool was like a vision of heaven.

I stayed here for two nights with my family, including my children who are 10 and 12 years old. Everyone loved the stay. We used the fitness center, which was pretty good and the pool is just beautiful. My kids were able to swim outside even though it’s only April. The $.75 ice cream cones at the truck stop were a fun bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. I’d certainly recommend this place for people who need a room in Flagstaff.

Everything was prefect. Beautiful grounds. The staff was fabulous, answering all of our questions and giving us a room close to the restaurant. The restaurant was sensational-- the food was great, the staff prompt and so eager to make our evening perfect. Highly recommend.

Would have liked a cleaning service in between days.

We love the hospitality of Little America. The updated room was very comfortable. And we loved the avocado toast for breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also loved the trails behind the property. A great place to walk or get a run in.

The lumberjack breakfast was excellent, from the delicious ham to the fried potatoes cooked perfectly with good (but spicy) seasonings, to the fluffy, tender pancakes. The room was well appointed and the furniture in good shape. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Lovely setting to look out on nature as we took a couple of days to kick back during our travels. The staff were all attentive, gracious , and accommodating. I’ve included a few photos of displays in the lobby adjacent to a grand fireplace exquisitely crafted of, I believe, pine. We have been guests at the Little America in Salt Lake City, and look forward to our next visit to any of this hotels.

Sheets were luxurious fabric, but bed poorly made--bottom sheet would not stay tucked in and was too short.
