The only thing that could have been better is the service in the Copper Cafe. Granted, they were very busy, but we have eaten there before and had the same issue. Next time we will sit at the bar and see if that helps. One note... definitely get the almond croissant. It is to die for!

We have stayed at the Madonna Inn a couple of times. This time we were in the Sugar and Spice room. It was wonderful, super cute, very spacious, close to the pool, and in the highest building so the view was amazing. We requested extra towels and bathrobes and they brought them to us right away...I forgot my toothbrush and they even provided that for me. We ate at the Steakhouse for the first time and it was AMAZING. Jamie was our server, she was very knowledgeable and attentive, and had wonderful suggestions. We also grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar before and after dinner. The Bartender was so kind to put our after-dinner drinks in to-go cups so we could take them back to our room.

The blinds on the door window let in a lot of light from the walkway at night, making it hard to sleep, it would be much improved with blackout fabric.

My daughter and my friend enjoyed our stay so much and said so many great things about this place. My daughters favorite color is pink so she loved the hotel room and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the España room.

Everything went smoothly and even when a little assistance in the room was needed they came immediately. Pool was as always outstanding with all the bar options and food at the Copper Cafe excellent. Booking horseback riding was a piece of cake (pun intended) and the horses are just lovely. We can't wait to come back and try another room!

We loved absolutely everything about the Madonna Inn. I had read lots of reviews about the staff being unpleasant, but I have to say that every single person we came in to contact with, were lovely and super helpful. The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in Jungle Rock and my boys LOVED it. The shower is amazing in this room as it's like a waterfall. The beds are huuuuuge too. We stayed a second night in a different room and the housekeeping staff moved our suitcases from one room to another - so slick and smooth! The facilities on the grounds are excellent. We stayed at the pool for hours. We also did the horseriding which I would definitely recommend. Breakfast at the Copper Cafe was lovely and the portions are massive (for someone from the UK) and dinner at the Alex Madonna Steakhouse was also great. I cannot wait to come back.

People at the reception were not the nicest. When we got there we were in a hurry and the man's responses to our questions came out as annoyed which was a big surprise. Negative vibes indeed.
