Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't like the fact that they was kind of noisy but it was a kid's resort so what do you expect plus I did not like the breakfast they offered it kind of felt like leftovers the combination of the breakfast made no sense but other than that the resort was cool
I like the fact that the kids had all kind of fun activities to do all over the hotel that was great experience for them from the bounce house to the wrap around playground to the swimming and everything they had a ball.

The bed is very soft, so if you have back problems it is not so good. The breakfast could have a better variety of fruit and bread. It is a very american breakfast, not so healthy.
The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice! We were assisted bu Said that was absolutely FANTASTIC! Very polite, willing to help us even with some touristic information. He is for sure a valuable employee. He made sure our friends, that don't speak English, were able to get all the information by speaking Portuguese to them. He is a genius!

We just wish there were microwave and more plug to charge for the phone and gadgets.
The Rooms are clean. The playground for kids is soo nice for my toddler.

The member of the staff that helped us with the check in was not very friendly. But then we met Carlos that was super nice and helpful. Could be quite noisy at night.

The shuttle services, I had to huber to the parks.
The kid's playground, the family picnic area. Very family friendly, the music,the pool. The cleanest overall. Nice atmosphere to enjoy time with family,kids and the other guests.

We did ask the day after we arrived if we could have our bed sheets changed and also alternative pillows as the ones we had were quite lumpy (I presume from being washed a lot). Neither of these 2 requests materialised. Our shower gel was replaced on request however the chamber maid did this with her shoes on and the bath then had dirty foot prints in and these weren’t cleaned up. Rooms were only made up every 3 days, we were there 10 nights and this only happened twice. Our bins were emptied almost always on the days the we didn’t have room made up. But the last couple of days this didn’t happen either. Which was a little disappointing Also on the days we did have full room service our toilet roll wasn’t replenished.
The staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast had a good everyday including fruit, cereals, waffles, egg etc Very convenient for Disney parks

The room was way more outdated than the pictures appear. Same with the toys, a tricycle missing a pedal, toys held together with zip ties. Bed was very uncomfortable. King room was really small. I would have saved hundreds and booked a double queen if I knew the rooms were the same exact size.

check in just takes too long, other than that, no other complains

They made clear that cleaning service wasn't going to happen during our stay of 3 days. I appreciate the sincerity, but I would have definitely loved cleaning service during our stay each day. Internet wasn't very fast.
Breakfast was very good. The room was just what we expected, and my 2 boys (7 and 5) were confortable. The location couldn't be better; very close to Walt Disney World. The staff were very helpful. It is an environment for families, so my wife and boys liked it very much.
