    Everything in the hotel with payment even they don't have water complementary at room and you can't used the refrigerator for any personal stuff .. connection room was annoying a bit as you can hear the other room clearly

    The location was great and the hotel was like a big mall with alot of restaurants and shops and facilities

    The cigarette smoke from the casino eventually crept up to the hotel hallways

    The hotel common spaces and room were well kept and clean. The complex had many restruants and entertainment venues.

    We didn’t have a coffee pot in our room and didn’t notice til the morning it was a very far walk to get anywhere and the elevator entrance was closed and confusing to get in the right place .

    I didn’t eat at the MGM but it was very nice .

    Carpet all over the place. Weird smell on corridors and halls. Bed sheets and towels not comfy enough, sometimes inky. Mattress too soft.

    Location is good. Pool complex is nice. And of course room is spacious.

    THE RULES INSIDE THE ROOM ARE NOT CLEAR. HOW MUCH COST THE USE OF TV OR WHY THE BEVERAGES COST 50$ JUST FOR THE REFILL. THE ROOM WAS DURTY INSIDE AND IN THE BATHROOM

    IT WAS CLOSE TO THE STRIP AND YOU CAN CHARGE YOUR CONSUME DIRECTLY TO YOUR ROOM MUSTLY ANY RESTAURANT IN THE STRIP. THE SPEED CHECK OUT AND RESUME OF EXPENSES

    Housekeeping. In 3 days never empty room bins. Never seen that any hotel

    The hotel lobby and elevators had a strong cigarette odor, which was even noticeable in the non-smoking areas. The rooms lacked refrigerators, microwaves, or any appliances other than a television. Additionally, obtaining a refrigerator required an extra fee. Although the view from the room was impressive, the window was dirty on the outside. Since the reservation included two rooms, mobile check-out was not available, necessitating a 10-minute wait to check out at the front desk. All four parking payment machines were out of order. One machine even froze after I tried to confirm my credit card transaction. I expected more from a 4-star hotel...

    The hotel is very attractive, featuring clean rooms and a central location. The staff was nice.

    Housekeeping and the prices of the minibar were ridiculous.

    The ambience and the location were great. Could do with bigger bins by the lifts so the rubbish doesn't pile up.

    The hotel feels dated and lacks appeal beyond the entrance.

    The grand entrance is eye catching. However, the hotel still feels dated. It’s also weird to have guest walk through the casino to get to their rooms.

    I don’t love that it’s kinda far from the hustle and bustle of things. You kinda have to get a taxi or Uber, unless you want to walk

    Love MGM! We stay here quite often! Very clean, very good restaurants, comfortable rooms and more!

    You know the smoking area is in the wrong location. The smoke and smell of cigarettes next to the elevator lobby is stupid, because the odor goes up the elevator shaft and into the elevator cabs. You can smell it on the 14th floor lobby space. Horrible. We all want to live a long life and should not be exposed to cancerous causing elements.

    The location of my room, and bathtub wasn’t working properly. But I didn’t have time to call in and complain so it’s not a big issue.

    I love mgm itself, the casino, the location The self check in and out from the app is awesome.

    I had trouble downloading the menu app. My flight had gotten in late. It would have been nice to have something in writing or at least when I called for room service they could have given me different options.

    I didn't have breakfast. Dinner was not very good. I cannot recommend the pasta.

    Prices for food and drink inside the hotel were not reasonable. The noise in the lobby was insane. It was like stepping into a nightclub. Not ideal straight after an 11 hour flight. There weren't proper curtains to block out the light which was painful for my hangover in the morning.

    Check in staff were nice and friendly. Room was nice and price was reasonable.

    We liked the MGM last time we stayed, but disappointed with the staff at check in and check out this time round. There was way too much going on at check in and we got charged for our stay twice. They did say that it was going back into our account (but still took days) to get our money back which was very inconvenient. The room itself was nice and spacious, very comfortable. But won’t be coming back after the stuff up. No compensation offered either. Disappointing

    My room was very basic and given my nightly rate, I expected better. House keeping missed cleaning my room and there was no coffee maker in the room

    Too expensive for what you get. No customer service. Not enough front desk staff. Chaotic check-in at 10:00 in the morning! Force you to do mobile check in and no one around to assist you, saying to customers you must check in here and leaving. Long, long lines for baggage drop off/ pick up. .Had a minor room issue at 11:45 pm and called front desk 2 times and got NO answer. Bathroom in room had peeling wall paper, chrome spotted and had corrosion. Shower curtain rod dirty/ spotted. Some electrical outlets not working (both wall and table lamp outlets). Poor room lighting.

    Great location. Comfortable bed.
