Breakfast is cheap and not enough for everyone on the weekend. No selection. Also, no where to buy something to drink at hotel. At least have water and coffee for your guest at hotel entrance. When I asked the clerk at the front desk if there was a vending machine or soda machine he quickly said “NOPE” and turned away. White guy about 10:30pm on 11/20.

Paid for two queen beds room and at the check-in they said only 1 king bed available with a sofa bed, no choice, so was a very bad night very uncomfortable sofa, and the excuse was third party app sold rooms without knowing if those are available, so next time think twice before using booking to make a reservation !.

There was no hot water and the front office at check in failed to tell us, until we complained about it . How do you not tell your arriving customers there’s no hot water? That’s major. Especially driving into town for work and expecting everything is in working order and I was too tired to argue with the front check in to get reimburse my money. Which next time manager should let the front check in to inform their customers there’s no hot water! But, overall everything else was fine.

It was not really bad. But would have appreciate more if the staff would smile more. Also, there was a note on our booking that they don't serve breakfast because of the ongoing renovation but we noticed some people having breakfast. It was not mentioned to us during checkin. So the website was just not updated.

We like the location. We were all over the place, and it is between Austin, San Marcos, and San Antonio. It was a last-minute booking for the Labor Day weekend. We were aware that it was renovating. We did not really set a high expectation. Thus, we were not really disappointed.

Needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets throughout need replaced. The. The bathroom had hair all over it and both of us staying there are bald, so there's that. No coffee cups for coffee. I got barged in on while I was drying off from a shower buck naked at 8:30 in the morning by the cleaning staff. Etc.

The hallways were very dark and the carpet was extremely nasty and stained. The rooms were very dated. For the price we paid I was very disappointed.

The location was great. It was close to a lot of eating places. Made it convenient to go grab food real quick.

The outside was a bit dirty. The handicap bathroom has it shower curtain too high and water over spills onto the rest of the room making it a little hazardous for handicapped guests.

The room was pretty shabby (they're renovating and I got an unrenovated room) but clean. It had a shower but no tub, which was a bummer. The pool and breakfast were closed due to the renovation and those are the 2 main reasons I picked this hotel. I went back and dug in the listing and found that it did say that, but you really had to look for that detail, it made it sound like those were available amenities. The man at check in was nice enough, but he spoke virtually no English, which made communication difficult.

Lots of gnats in the room, probably killed 50 in two days inside my room and bathroom which was really annoying. Renovations were happening so not sure if that's why all the gnats in the drains or air ducts or something. There was also no pool access during my stay due to renovations, but on the bright side I didn't hear construction noises.

I liked the location, pricing if the room, and the availability. I appreciated this hotel having a laundry option although one washer didn't work and the cost on the sign wasn't the actual cost, it was double what the signage said at $3/load.

There is nothing in particular we didn't like about our stay. I wish I wouldv'e known there was a bbq pit at the pool.

I thought the Breakfast was decent, but the location was what we were more happy with.

We did not know there were NO CLOSETS! We were staying for several days for a family wedding in the area and needed a bit more space. Since they are undergoing renovations, breakfast was limited and the few bites of scrambled eggs left were not edible. We went out for breakfast each morning. Parking was VERY limited as well. There were trailers for a motorcycle class taking up multiple parking spots, storage containers possibly for renovations, and campers taking up multiple spots.

Remodeling, therefore, entrance and elevator was dirty. The hall also look grim because the half paint job. Again, remodeling. I hope the prices continue to be accessible even after the remodeling is done.

Bathroom not clean and in need of substantial repairs. Carpets very old and dirty, even ripped out un some areas. Breakfast was not what we expected. Sliced bread left just in the bags laying on the counter for everyone to put their hands in a grab....toasters not working, expired Walmart yogurts in the refrigerator and no one checking that up. I understand they are in the middle of a renovation project but I was expecting more attention to details and better handling of food and details.
