The room could have been cleaner (stain on pillow case and bathroom sink was dirty). Our room’s ceiling was covered with water spots. It’s a very place too - near highway, loud heater, hear neighbors’ shower, toilet, and talking. Breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn’t available and we weren’t informed until we checked in.

It was very affordable.

It was older, not well maintained. The shower head and sink drain cover were covered in black mold. The hot and cold water on the shower knob was backward. I got a random phone call on the hotel phone but nobody actually talked…

It was a great location

The breakfast as very weak. There was no protein…no eggs with prepared or hard boiled. Everything was very limited (yogurt, utensils, coffee, etc) and ran out with only the front desk assistant to replenish the supplies. The tables were crowded in. Very weak. The hallway on the third floor had a funky smell…almost like a skunk! Not in the room however! There was a basket of clothes (laundry?) by the front door of the hotel. It was there for 3 days.

Location and cost. West Chester is a very expensive area and the Microtel is a good value.

All their ice machines were broken. Drink machine in lobby took my money. Elevator smelled and looked like they never clean it. Lobby floors were sticky. Hallways were super hot. No regular soap to wash you hands with in the rooms. Toilet was having issues flushing. Staff had zero personality.

The laundry room detergent machine was out of order so had to go out of the way to pickup detergent. Also, the microwave was not working properly in my room. The television remote was not working correctly. The guy at the counter did not seem to take care in the issue.

It was in a great location. The staff was friendly.

bathroom sink is cracked, bathroom floor tiles are loose, heat lamp did not work, hair dryer did not work, a promised electrical outlet to plug in my car was not available when we arrived but I found one for the next night, the back door to the hotel did not latch or lock, the heat/cooling unit is difficult to operate.

The location was excellent for our purpose. The young man on the desk was pleasant but not completely knowledgeable about the facility.

Place needs some repairs and upgrades. (Shower, carpet, door catch was broken, breakfast was somewhat weak and not everything worked - no decaf coffee, etc.

Breakfast was advertised as hot but nothing was there except bread and waffles muffins juice. Wasn’t that clean like floors in entrance and halls

The location was making improvements to rooms but the room I had was 234 and seemed to be in process There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and the heater / ac was in bad shape and hard to adjust.

Most of the time I have been here there is no problem. Sometimes a nearby “guest” may be a little louder than others and inconsiderate but I suppose that is to be expected any place. While the staff works hard to keep the place clean it seems some guests have not figured out how to clean up after themselves responsibly on the property )I.e. throwing their butts on the ground, leaving cans/bottles in places where there is clearly a trash can available to dispose of them in…. My only negative remarks would be to that end where others don’t feel the need to take care of the messes they make and leave it for others. That’s a lot of places though…

The staff here are very nice and accommodating if there is ever an issue that needs to be addressed. This is a decent budget friendly hotel that seems to be in the process of trying to update their facility. It’s is fine for the price and generally a pleasant stay. Some rooms are older and could use some work but if you ask for a change they usually try their best to help. The location is pretty quiet, a little away from direct public transportation but a short distance from town. For the most part I’ve had no issues staying here and it is a safe comfortable stay.

Poorly ran facility, not well maintained, exercise room down, hole in window in lobby not even covered. Stayed three nights nothing done in room. Expected more from a MircoMotel.

I was given an handicap accessible room. At first it was nice having a large bathroom but the shower head was not mounted on the wall. It was the hand held kind which made it a little difficult to shower. Also, my daughter phone fell under the bed and when she went to look under the bed, it was really dirty under there. It was still some items from past guest like a comb, pillow, toy and a lot of dust.

It was a quick check in. The front desk clerk and cleaning staff was very friendly. The price was good for one night. It was convenient to where I had to go for an event.

There wasn't a phone in the room. We had to move the microwave to a different place to plug it in to use it, also the coffee pot. The floor felt sandy. The shower seat was too low.

The people were nice and helpful. It was a quiet area. The bed was comfortable.

I tried to call the front desk, only to find out that the phone wasn’t attached to any wires. There were no wires. I used my cell to call the front desk.

The breakfast was extremely basic.The place looked fresh on the outside, but worn and tired on the inside.
