Didn't clean my room for 4 days until I told them. Ranout of toilet paper. No clean linen for bed. No daily replacement of fresh clean towels for the bathroom. Not eorth $200/night! . I've stayed here before a few years back and didn't have these issues.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service from the staff was impeccable from the time of check in to check out they couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

We did a last minute booking for a family emergency. And we literally got the last room listed on booking for this hotel. So the room we were in was a disability room, which the accommodations are still nice. However What I didn't like was the huge wall length mirror behind the bed, the lack of comfortable seating in the room. There was one desk chair and a window bench without any cushioning. We were on the second floor and near the elevator. So we heard a lot of thumping of foot traffic on our floor and from the floor above. All during high traffic hours but by 10 everyone quited down. The black out curtains work well however the small gap between curtain and top of window allowed light in along with the gap under the bottom of door. So for us it was a little hard to settle in once we went to bed. But we like it pitch black in our room. The last inconvenience for us and I imagine for anyone with a disability is that all the wall plugs are hidden beneath the desk and beneath the floating nightstands. While the placements are purely esthetic imo they are hard to access for someone without a disability I cannot imagine someone that has one. There is a wall plug however for some dumb reason it is at the very top of the wall rendering it useless unless you have a 20 ft charging cord.

The check in process is easy and the staff are nice and inviting. The breakfast is above and beyond. The lady that mans the breakfast station is so very helpful and keeps the breakfast area stocked and clean. Room was clean, stocked and organized. The bed was hella comfortable and pillows hella firm but we like firm pillows. Property is well lit at night. The hotel is right next to two gas stations and a daiquiri shop. Then not too far way are several restaurants and FD and DG in case a store run is needed. A little further down the road is a small grocery store. All in all we love traveling to Pearl River and this is our go to hotel when we go to be with family.

EVERYTHING, The staff was amazing, the room was cold, comfy and dark, just like I needed to sleep daytime...Wonderful. I didn't get to experience the breakfast, but the place was so clean it was probably good too!!

The woman that checked me in was unfriendly, definitely not a people person, the remote to the tv was missing, so, I let her know and she handed me another didn’t bother to show me how to set it up so I adjust the tv by hand, the key wouldn’t work after the first night stay and got locked outside so had to walk around to the front door to key the key reset. the bed was sloppy made and so on.

Desk staff were good and knowledgeable about the area. It was a good stay until Saturday morning. I went down for breakfast and was greeted by Regina, then it was a great stay! She was bright, positive, and had everything ready. She made me feel like she wanted to be there very helpful. 5 stars!

They staff didn't clean rooms. Our floor was not swept and trash not taken out. It was very noisy at 2 am and woke our one year old and we couldn't get a hold if any staff at front desk to help.
