Water was not provided in the room and there was no opportunity to order anything. For a hotel things closed way too early.

The restaurant and bar closed too early. We were unable to utilize this after returning from dinner. It would have been nice to have a evening drink similar to most hotels where the bar is open past 10.

The hotel is gorgeous. Their guest Happy Hour is lovely. The staff couldn't have been nicer. It's a short uber/lyft ride away from most things, and very easy to get an uber/lyft from this location at all hours which was very appreciated.

There needs to be a an air bridge that only guest can access that will allow them to come up from the parking garage that is enclosed that you walk across into the hotel check-in lobby so that you don’t have to try to walk across the streets of downtown Baltimore which can be very congested and sometimes questionable for safety. The hotel itself is fabulous and the rooms are magnificent but for the quality of the Kimpton brand and the price that is paid by guest they should be a more secure and safe entry. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and felt a little uncomfortable walking from the parking lot across Baltimore Street to get to the hotel outside of Charles Center subway. We grew up in Baltimore city so we do know the dynamic and are not above understanding the area but felt that was the one critique that made us uncomfortable. Also for some reason that weekend there was some problem with the towels and we only had two towels of each for the whole time we were there. Things happen and I am great at hand washing so we made due . The restaurant was not opened tween the early part of the week and we really wanted to try it while we were there since we’ve heard great things about it even if it was just in the morning or like an afternoon lunch that would’ve been great so that we didn’t have to constantly run out and that’s how we constantly had to go back-and-forth across the street to get to the garage to get to our car to go get food. We were hoping that once we were in our rooms we could just stay within the hotel so it would’ve been great if they have a little bit more availability for the early part of the week even if it’s just for a lunch rush . Thankfully we’re familiar with the area and between Ruth Chris cheesecake factory and a few Baltimore favorites like Blue moon, we were fine .

Spa tub and bathroom: heavy secure doors , beautiful spacious room with great view

Room and bathroom were clean, however as usual in many hotels there were things under the bed from a previous occupant (wrappers from a cigar).

Bed was very comfortable, and the room was very nice. Happy hour was a nice tough even in these times of Covid.

The bedrooms had not doors for privacy, and the shower had no door as well. The door for the bathroom was a sliding mirror ( not truly secured) which was dangerous if you have children. The front and across from the hotel were homeless people asking for money. Also I had to pay to have the car in a parking garage around the corner from the building, which I was scared with the appearance especially coming at night.

It’s definitely beautiful inside. The room was ok I had a bunk bed on one room and two full beds in another. The hotel is located downtown where there is access ti the bus if needed. There was a night Guard inside to let you in the hotel.

Covid restrictions prevented the bar and restaurant from being open, which was out of the control of the hotel.

That they didn’t mention on the website that breakfast wasn’t being served at the hotel. That was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Didn’t find out until I got there.

The restaurant hours were not good (so we could not eat at the hotel. Also, the refrigerator was not filled in the room and in the main lobby at times it was hard to get a bottle of water.

The location was good for going to see the Orioles and for the Inner Harbor. Staff was very nice.

Standard amenities were not provided in rooms (due to COVID) without asking, though every other hotel we've stayed at accommodated these items. Parking was also not attached and pricy for not being on site.

The bed had a paper-like blanket on it that I didn’t like at all. It was thin and didn’t even fit the entire king bed. It mad crunching noises when we moved in the bed. Not cool Didn’t like that they didn’t have free parking and we had to park a distance away from the hotel.

The property looked very nice. I love the fact that you have to use you room key to get on your floor, that made me feel safe. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere.
