There was zero internet the entire stay which didn't help since I was travelling for work. I checked daily starting Tuesday when I arrived. On Thursday night a gentleman from Motel 6 knocked on my door and told me I needed to power off my iPhone and power it back up for the internet to work. Still didn't work. I ended up leaving a day early for this reason. For that reason, my rating is low as this establishment won't work for travel.

Wasn’t a big fan of being double charged for the room and having to travel back in order to resolve it. Ultimately it was resolved but could easily be an inconvenience.

The staff is warm and friendly and constantly working to keep the area clean and taken care of. The rooms are clean and smell clean when you walk through the door. The beds are comfy and they have goo TV. I really appreciated the in room refrigerator and microwave. Best beaches in California are a short drive. Excellent restraints and discount designer shopping mall close by. Pets are always welcome here which is really important to me. Bring your own shampoo.

I saw someone’s clothes on the banister for 2 days, and trash cans at times were overflowing.

Very Good location, but only amenity was TV and Wi-Fi. U had to trade in your used towels for new towels, no maid service, no shampoo, you could have blow dryer if you asked for it, no coffee. You get what you pay for, but location was very good like I previously said!

The room didn’t have iron, coffee machine, hair dryer. When I booked my reservation it included them. I had to ask the front desk for those items. The blankets and sheets were stained. The lighting was bad. Next door room guest was very loud, I couldn’t sleep all night for two nights because of the noises.

I expected a cleaner hotel and room. Toilet seat was outdated. Ice machina was broken. There were several old RV campers on and near the property with people in and out of the hotelthat made for a questionable experiencia.

Room small, beds close to walls, dirty/stained bathtub. Clean towels had someone's long dark hair on it. Paint coming off wall, u can smell mildew from moisture from AC, molding on furniture and walls coming peeling off. The staff was good, helpful but unfortunately the building needs upgrades. Thanks

More towels and pillows. We had to ask for more and had to wait for more and/or didn’t get any. No elevator. Had to walk up stairs. Tub/shower was slippery. No rubber mat available or solution available. No grab bars to hold onto. Shower water weak. No hand held shower.

Pets allowed and free to stay. Location good close to shopping, food places and beach. Toilet flushed nicely and quietly. Outdoor landscape and grounds clean and kept nice

Room was not ready at 4 PM and the staff was rushed and some of them were rude. Children were allowed to use skateboards outside of my room, it was very noisy. The location near the beach and a grocery store was good. The room was close to Kaiser Medical Offices and several places to get a hair cut.

Everything was fine.

The room was standard Motel 6. Two queens, a tv, coffee, microwave and fridge. Everything was clean. The room was small, as expected. TV was fine and the staff was friendly. The location is great. Two blocks from the beach. Excellent value -- you only need the room for sleeping.
