Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Traffic noise from the freeway but that couldn't be helped. It was close to off ramps and on ramps for the freeway which really made it a good thing.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was a nice size. The Location was close to family members house and close to shopping centers and an IHop restaurant. We would stay there again if visiting the San Francisco Bay area!

Room was terrible, very uncomfortable bed. Water pressure was not great. Stayed two nights, no maid service to change out towels. Bad location, lots of unsavory people hanging around and driving through the parking lot. Coffee that you get from the office tasted like a burnt hamburger party.
Not much to like. Basic Motel 6. Convenient location for Fremont and cheaper than most other places.

They should have gave me a free night, my Neighbors was extremely loud all night when I called the hotel front desk there was no answer so I got again someone answered but they didn’t really seem to care

The room was well clean and organized. The location was a bit hidden but I did not mind it at all. Everything was really nearby from food to gas and even stores. The staff I must say they were very friendly to me and very helpful.

If you have children or value your safety, please don’t stay here. We mistakenly reserved this place through a third party app when we visited our relatives in the Bay Area. Given the location and the cost, I thought it would have been decent. We were wrong. Please don’t be wrong and stupid like us. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot to check in, I immediately noticed criminal activities in the parking lot. People were sitting in their cars all day dealing drugs here. I didn’t give it to much thought since I grew up in the Bay and this was pretty normal. Once we checked in and got to our “non smoking” room, the first thing I noticed was that it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was dirty and the furniture had sticky stains on it. The restrooms wasn’t any better. It smelled like someone took a number 2 in there 15 minutes before we got in. I had to turn on the fan in the restroom and I kept it on for the entire duration of our stay. When I tried to shower, I noticed that the water was barely luke warm. To make matters worse, the towels they provided to us had hairs in it. Other people’s hair. Short ones, long ones, pube looking ones. I had to make an emergency trip to ROSS to buy towels, blankets and bedsheets. At night, the criminal activities spiked. The guy next door to us was selling and using drugs. His customers were coming constantly. We couldn’t sleep since they were always slamming the door every time. The smell of marijuana also creeped into our room from next door. I ended up turning the heater on and opened the window. On one of the nights we stayed there, someone kept trying to open our door at 3AM. I can see the door handle jiggling and the door being yanked. It was probably foolish of me but I confronted them and they left. If you have made it this far into my recent stay, now you know. Please don’t risk your life and the lives of your loved ones. Pay a little more and stay at a better place.

A fridge and microwave would have been awesome.
Professional, patient, and accommodating staff. I had a small booking/billing problem and lost patience with the woman at front desk. She was courteous and professional the entire time, eventually resolving the issue. I gladly voice my appreciation for the staff in person and here. The rooms and facilities were extremely clean and the property was quiet and safe. I highly recommend.
