We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo elevator for 2nd floor room and we have mobility issues. Lights turned off automatically very often. Requested clean towels and were asked to bring dirty ones to them first. Shower head barely worked. Breakfast was not good. Too many things about it to list.

United States of Americaspecifically the handicapped bathroom shower. it was dangerous. the floor wasn’t very stable, the floor was slippery even with some nonslip strips, and the bathroom tile floor got soaked because the curtain didn’t prevent water from going out. if I were any less stable than I am I would have been down and injured. I would not take the handicapped room again and try my best with a normal shower. this shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Very safe hotel. The pool was fantastic! Great location, close to the college (where I work). The setting was peaceful (surrounded by a few trees with birds chirping in the morning which was really nice). The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. I really liked how quiet everything was! The staff were nice. I was a late check in the first night (like 2 am) and the young lady who checked us in was expecting us (which we really appreciated after such a long drive) and she was very kind and helpful. There was breakfast in the morning. There is a really great Mexican restaurant nearby. I will stay here again if I have to come to Muncie for work. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room.

United States of AmericaI HATED THE FACT THAT A $200.00 DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED. USUALLY IF THE FACILITY HAS YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE THEY DON'T FORCE THE DEPOSIT ON THE CARD. ONLY IF THERE IS DAMAGE IS YOUR CARD CHARGED FOR DAMAGEDS INCURRED. IT'S AN ANCIENT RULE. THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS NOT THE ROOM WE WERE GIVEN, SO WE HAD TO COME BACK UP FRONT AND CLARIFY.
THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERTHING. YOU WILL FIND MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES. IT WAS VERY EASY TO ORDER AN UBER SERVICE AND EASILY GET FROM ONE PLACE TO THE OTHER AND NOT HAVE TO DRIVE. OUR VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO STAY PUT ALL EVENING.

United States of AmericaWe were disappointed that the pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub was closed to to recent maintenance. The kids toughed it out for a bit but it was to cold to really enjoy. Also, the breakfast included the standard fair, biscuits with sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage however, the quality of the food was less than expected.
It was clear the hotel had received modern finishes recently and the hotel was clean.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the pool was closed and I reached out a month prior and my question went unanswered, kind of pointless when you book a room with a balcony. I did not like that the snack vending machine was broken, there is also not an elevator, only way to enter and wait was the front and the automatic door comes out toward the guest and almost hit me, and is also a small opening for larger people. Bathroom was very small, and no fan. TV was small for such a large room, as well as the mini fridge.
I liked the location and how quiet it was in the room, the bed was comfy as well, and the breakfast was great. The hot tub in the room was very nice and a good price.
