Room wasn’t ready for check in. When we did check in room was still dirty. Hair on the walls in the shower. Room needed a vacuum cleaner.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect. There were two queen beds in the room and one looked grimy, and had some loose dirt on it. The bathtub was not spotless (staining on the bottom?) and the toilet bowl needed to be bleached.

It was available when we needed a place to stay. They had convenient laundry facilities on our floor. Breakfast was included and was adequate. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming.

they said the room was clean, but it wasn’t. I could write my name in the dust on the wall and the bathroom floor was not clean put a towel on the floor took a shower got out step on the towel and when I was done the towel was black. like they never wash the floor. and the pillows were rock hard

It super dated. The first room we stayed in had several things wrong with it. Including a loud squeaking noise coming from the piping. We had to switch rooms because it was intolerable. The room had a jacuzzi tub that my little person was excited about until only foul looking rusty water was coming out of it. The remote controls for the TV in the first room were filthy and broken. It looked like someone lived in it for a while. The whole town around the hotel was really rough and slightly scary. Luckily we were just passing through on our way to main so we didn’t stay but one night and left early in the morning.

It has a bed. The breakfast was okay.

There was a roach in our room in which I brought to staffs attention, no water in the whole hotel so unable to use the in room jaccuzi, hot tub in pool area water was cold, smoke detector kept going off from low battery and was told by staff just to take them down and take oout the batteries. I was told I was going to be comped my room but still have not heard from anyone, I believe the owner, Henry was notified and notes were all over our account.

Better utensils for the kitchenette... We had to ask for pans, eating utensils, and the cooking utensils were sparse... Traveling with kids means eating in the hotel for a few meals to avoid costs of restaurants... No drainboard or drain pad for washing dishes. No paper towels. -- We managed, but I think they could run down to Dollar General and stock up on a few things to make it a real kitchenette. And get rid of that Argon Oil shampoo/conditioner, It leaves hair greasy!! Not everyone can use that type of shampoo... There has to be a more neutral product: Neutrogena for example.

Staff were fantastic... So accommodating, friendly, helpful...Beds were comfortable...Spacious enough for grandaughter to practice her karate... Granddaughters loved being able to make a nice breakfast for themselves, especially the waffles!! The swimming pool was a huge draw for them, and often they had the pool all to themselves! Location was great for us: Candle making in Hudson, Street Fair in Athens, Zoom Flume in Durham, and then off to Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival.

The rooms because we switched. The rooms were dirty. The tiled floor was very sticky. When we called before our arrival the staff told us the hot tub was up and running. When we arrived the hot tub hasn't been in use the last 6 months. The air conditioner vents were so filthy the air couldn't pass through it. The staff was so rude. Will not be staying in this motel ever again!,

I specifically chose to stay here for the pool instead of closer to the event I was attending, but it was closed. They should've listed that somewhere...ANY where. Also, the only outlet near the bed was behind the bed and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned back there since the place was built. The alarm clock had fallen back there and was covered in filth when I grabbed it. The rest of the room was perfectly fine though. They should either provide those lamp base outlets or clean back there.

The staff were the friendliest people I've ever met. It was refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff seem to enjoy their jobs

I had ordered take out food and the bag had grease on it, I put it next to the garbage when I was finished and I woke up to the bag covered in ants, other than that everything was really nice.

Breakfast was good they had a wide variety, kept the pool open late and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It felt a little too standard, not individualized enough.

Off the beaten path, so pretty quiet. Rooms were big enough. It wasn't hard to get into or out of the property.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Coffee maker was provided. There was a breakfast buffet arranged in the morning but at 9:15am pretty much everything was gone except some soggy pastries and granola, so it's better to grab it early, it's included in the price. The location is good for excursions into the Catskills.

We had the king jacuzzi suite. However you couldn't use the jacuzzi because there was no hot water. I called the front desk, told them about it. Apparently they were down a hot water boiler, ok. No one was there fixing it though. Also our king bed wasn't made with a fitted bed sheet. Instead it had a top sheet tucked in for the bottom sheet.
