finding free street parking is difficult because of the Key West approach that tries to keep traffic to absolute minimum and push tourists to use shuttles/bikes/scooters. Although the Nyah staff give good advice on finding the few free spots, I wish they would just arrange for guests to have free parking in one of the parking garages or local businesses that might want to rent some spaces.

Air conditioning was not very user friendly, took a while for us to change the settings. The room itself was clean, obvious surfaces were dust free but under the bottom bunk was a thick layer of dust and even a sock from a previous guest.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower and toilet were clean. There was no outside noise from other guests and the staff were helpful. The setting and pool space was very calming.

Clean the bunk room floors and shower. Stop charging surprise fees at check in.

Pools were nice, breakfast was adequate, bunk rooms had clean beds but the floors, walls, shower, etc were pretty gross. The unexpected "Resort" charge at checkin felt like getting sucker punched by a street hustler. All these hidden fees need to be paid upfront. Many guests were complaining about this issue.

Great location and the property is pretty. Love the free breakfast & coffee plus the happy hour. There was a veranda near my room which is lovely and some common places to hang out. Rooms are nice and clean.

It is an old property, you can tell, tiny room , but nice shower and beds. In our room the AC was very loud.

Location is perfect! Short walk from Duval Street, the Southernmost point and main attractions, restaurants and shops. Very cozy place, good breakfast.

The techno music always playing in the lobby and out near the breakfast area.

Great value. Clean and safe. I liked that the door to the women's dorm was only accessible to the women staying there and that we each had a locker. The free breakfast was really good.

Had the top bunk in a female dorm. AC only cools the bottom half of the room so I was sweating the while night. Man working the front desk was very grumpy.

Great pool area, they provide towels Awesome location, call them to find out about parking deals. I didn't since there's no info on their website and ended up paying more than double at the public lot.

We stayed in the quad bunk and the only thing I felt that was missing was a small table or desk to put stuff on, stuff that needed to go somewhere other than your bed and wasnt appropriate to put in the wardrobe closet. It had a lot of dead space where a table could have fit.

Love the idea of adults only, the amenities were nice - like an easily accessible and centrally located ice machine and water cooler, as well the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. We rented bikes for 2 days for $20/person and they came in handy to get around the island.

Front desk needs to practice on their hospitality when guests arrive at night a little smile and eye contact goes a long way.

Very clean facilities loved all the plants, vegetation pool and hot tub cleanliness. We arrived around 10:00 p.m. and the man at the counter was not welcoming at all, seemed bothered and was quite rude rolling his eyes when I asked about the parking on the streets or the parking lot, since the hotel did not provide parking. Other then this unfortunate event the hotel is very nice.

The toilet needs to be fixed, flush for #1 works but the flusher for #2 is broken. Shower handle holder (suction cup) comes off.

Since it is very “outside” and “foresty” place we saw some cockroach on our terrace, but we didnt find any in our room fortunatelly.
