the room itself wasn't super comfortable - my partner and I had separate beds (bunk bed style), which was unfortunate as we would've like to share a bed. Also, there was a lot of light that would get in so was difficult to sleep through the night, not sure if it was street lights or from the hostel, maybe we were just unlucky with how our room was angled. Wifi was pretty poor too, but we didn't need it much so not a huge issue.

the pools are great! and cheap drinks during happy hour :) breakfast was better than expected - more than typical continental, and something for everyone. best part was probably the location, though! so close to Duval Street and the Marina if you're planning on doing any water sports or excursions (which would 100% recommend)

There were a lot of loud drunk patrons. Cleanliness needs to improve from beer cans around the pool, condom on the steps, lack of soap in lobby bathroom. Someone stole my high speed charger and cable. I didn't like using the top bunk. I think local information could be added to the lobby. The maid accused me of smoking in the room, and I don't smoke.

Very attentive front desk. Helpful and friendly. I liked that they had happy hour. Breakfast was great but could start earlier at 7 am. The beds were comfortable. They gave me a good number for cab service.

Loved the adults only vibe, it's the only way I'm traveling from now on. 3 pools and a hot tub. All were great.

There was not one chair to sit in in the room. In the common areas, there was no backs to any chairs.

Breafast could be improved, more variety, and the wifi was pretty slow so we used our phone data instead

The room was perfect for a trip of friends and even had a small living and kitchen area we werent expecting. Pools were nice and the beverages being the cheapest across the island was a plus. And unlike a lot of places, our air conditioning actually worked!

Very noisy Americans around pool and a cupboard was put in front of air con so didn't work very well so very stuffy and the door had been broken previously not mended

Front desk wasn't very welcoming or personable. Breakfast area all wet , seating and food area due to rain. Presentation off food could use some adjustments when trays are empty in front and you have bend over to see what's in back.

I came during spring break so the entire hotel was full of 21-year-old boys and they were all heavily drinking around the pool smoking inside the pool and being overall loud and obnoxious but that's not really the hotel's fault That's just bad upbringing lol

The accommodations were very comfortable...there were a lot of areas to lounge, plenty of pools to relax by or in, close to everything! A really good stay, I'd stay again

The dorm was very small, no intimacy without curtain around the bed. Unfortunately during my stay a dozen of young men were partying, playing music at 3am and the security didn’t do anything. Key west is very expensive but I still expect better comfort for the price.

Fresh fruit for breakfast and access to a kitchen or microwave would be nice. Our room was right next to the front door, so it was a little noisy at night, but nothing terrible.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed greeting folks from all over the globe. Location close to everything.
