I didn't like the dogs in the hotel. It was a dog smell in the room. People let the dogs urinate all over hotel's property! The most popular spot to urinate for dogs was the pathway from the hotel to the beach. For that reason, we had to go to a different beach. The sheets on the bed and towels were wrinkled. The AC unit was extremely loud. The hotel needs an update!

I liked the beds. They were comfortable and we could rest well. It was great to have a kitchen and an oceanfront balcony. It was pretty quiet and peaceful.

My only complaint is there was not a lot of parking, and it was pretty congested, but that was to be expected when we came during bike week. It definitely could have been worse. The bath didn't fill very much, before you ran out of hot water or it started draining and it took 5 mins for the water to get hot in the shower. The room was also on the corner of the 10th floor and was pretty small.

The staff was amazing! We were able to check in early at 11am on Friday. The pools were very clean and there was no one there, we had the pools all to ourselves both days we were there. We also had a balcony ocean view which was great!

Washing the dishes was a challenge as the sink is a bit tiny, but I got the job done!! I would recommend bringing your own dish soap & maybe some better sponges if you will be there several nights but for one night it was perfect!!

It had an absolutely amazing view!! Bed was comfortable, got a great night's sleep. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub & sitting on the balcony!

As someone who has lived in SC my entire life. I know some upgrades can be made to these rooms. When you take something out that is broken or out of date. How bout redoing that area or at least covering it up, so it doesn't look like something is missing. Enough money gets made off of these rooms a year, to upgrade them instead of leaving holes in the wall. The room could also use a bottle opener. Some people will need it for their beer.

The front door was not very secure with a weak locking system. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The tub drain backed up. The toilet would periodically run and wake us up.

It was in a great location, had nice pools and hot tubs. The kitchen area was nice with plenty of amenities.

One of my rooms door did not lock and was easy to open without a pin at times (816), refrigerator was making noise a lot but not too loud. (610) pin pad was dead when we arrived and could not get into the room at first but maintenance came and helped thankfully.

The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing.

Some of the staff were rude. One lady at the check in counter on Saturday afternoon was fussing about our kids being on the furniture in the lobby. Also, the cleaning staff were very pushy about checking out. Staff knocked on the door twice a little after 10am while we were bringing luggage & family out of the room. A little bit of a grace period to check out would’ve been nice. A few water bugs were hanging around the pool area in the evening. May need to spray the area really good to prevent bugs.

The property is in an excellent location right on the beach. Good price on the one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean.

The bed was not that comfortable, I woke up every morning with my shoulders hurting, the bed wasn’t horrible but could of been softer.

Having a full size refrigerator and stove was nice and the location was great with a very nice view. I loved the fact I didn’t have to smell as much cigarette smoke going in and out of the building.

I didn't like that the only ice machine is located on the 5th floor with elevators that take forever! And that there are no towels offered for the pool area. You have to bring enough to last your stay or spend your vacation doing laundry. Also didn't like that we had to slam our door shut because the kick plate at the bottom of the door was more than half an inch longer than the opening. We reported it to the front desk but no one ever came to fix it!

I like the location and the indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs with easy access to the beach. Also like the covered garage to be able to park out of the sun.
