The staff was friendly at first, then the guy rushed us out of the hotel 30 min before 11 am when i was supposed to return the keys. That guy walked around my car to see if i was getting out soon. I won't be back to this establishment. Also, he sent his wife to open my room around 10:30 to clean, knowing that i had not returned the keys. Then he continued to call my mom at 10:43 with the excuse of asking if we were staying another night just trying to rush us out so his wife could clean.

The staff was very pushy to try and force parking that they charge for even though I already informed them I had parking. They do accept pets, but don't tell you that there is an additional charge. We got charged $100 extra for the 2 dogs.

Area was great I believe was the owner never can be to sure very rude and questioning and attacking me as I was registering in the hotel of why I was registering as one person when I had two people in my vehicle and I explained to him twice didn’t matter what he sees in my vehicle. I was the only one going to be occupying the room, and he began to argue with me and become argumentative and feel very very uncomfortable I had to explain to him that my children where in the vehicle and was going to be assisting me if that would help him to quit arguing with me made me and my children feel uncomfortable because it delayed me being registered sooner because I had to explain him why two extra people were sitting in my vehicle while I registered as if it’s illegal very rude obnoxious uncomfortable disrespectful, but I had to suck it up because the hotel was already reserved and nothing was available on that area. Had there been availability? I would have not done business with these people ever never

two beds with 4 people and I was charged for an "extra person" and one of the persons was 10.

Perfect location, it's right on the beach. Check-in was seamless and I was able to check in early with for an additional fee of course. The shower could be a little cleaner. Overall, for the price and the location it did the job for me and my girls one night stay. I didn't like having to go the front office for ice, but that was a minor annoyance.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, mainly because there was a cover on the mattress. Also, it was very loud outside. Nothing kept the noise from bleeding through the wall/door.

I liked the location, parking was convenient, and it was easy to check in and out. Our stay was certainly worth the relatively low price tag.

The floors weren’t the cleanest, the bathroom had a few dead bugs, the shower still had other human hair & old soap residue in it.

It was comfortable to sleep in & it was super close to the beach.

all stairs, and someone that is in a boot for a pulled achilles, it literally killed me to walk 2 blocks to the hotel from the parking spot and then up and down them stairs multiple times. that absolutely infuriated

The hotel. The balcony was shared. You had to park 2 streets away. It is a very old hotel with what looks to be a budgeted upgrade. I would give this a 1 1/2 star to 2 star hotel only because of location. There were other hotels with personal balconies, parking on-site, and completely updated for $20 more.

The misleading info about having a balcony room, it’s not a balcony for YOUR room. You have to leave the room and it’s a shared balcony and you can’t see the water unless you’re standing up Didn’t like how tiny the room is. Not even a table, drawers or anything g like a closet Didn’t like the level of flying bugs all in the bathroom and water all over the walkways from all the room air conditioners leaking water No elevator Really dirty doors and wall baseboards

I liked the location on the waterfront and the office staff was really nice
