I wish the beach had an accessible ramp to the ocean and there was a king suite ocean front that is accessible. It’s a little dated but the view and location are what you are paying for. The back parking lot could use more lighting. It’s really hard to see at night especially trying to park an accessible vehicle. There are no van spots with extra space next to it for the ramp to come down.

Love the location!! The beach is amazing! You can rent chairs daily and they will set them up along with an umbrella. I was able to get moved up one floor after the first night so I could see even better. The staff is super friendly and willing to help however they can. I loved that they restricted parking to guests only. It’s so nice to sit on the patio in between the hotel and Mulligans. It’s very centrally located for great dining and shopping experiences as well.

The room was extremely dated, cleaning crew did what they could but difficult to make an old place look good. No elevator however staff was very accommodating to reassign us to a main floor room.

Loved the location, on the beach, restaurant was great, good food, music, service and atmosphere loved the Adirondack chairs facing the ocean. Pool was nice and outdoor furniture was good. Parking was convenient.

It is a hotel room, so it’s a small space. But completely doable for a family of 4!

The property is continently located near lots of shopping and restaurants! It’s right on the beach and has a wonderful pool area! Staff was great and they are pet friendly!

The location is perfect for a Vero Beach getaway. Close to dining, shopping and the view from the ocean front rooms can't be beat.

This is our second year staying at the Ocean Breeze Inn Vero Beach. We love the location directly on the beach and the price per night is reasonable. Staff is amazing. Would give this 10 stars but the rooms need updating.

Housekeeping did the bare minimum. We had to get our own supplies (toilet paper, coffee and cups, face clothes) every day and they never cleaned the toilet or wiped the table tops.

We loved Barbara at the Front Desk - she was cheerful and very helpful.

When I sat at the outside grill table and chairs. I was asked to go sit at a chair in the open and by myselg. They needed four seats to be available.

We had difficulty getting shampoo every day. Those little bottles are wasteful and the staff often left too many lotions and no shampoo. May I suggest that you mount shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers on the wall in the shower as most other nice motels and hotels do. The beach was very narrow here and we didn’t know in advance that we would have to go up and down steps to enter the beach.

The location was good. The attached restaurant was wonderful for getting a meal without having to venture off the property. The beach vibe at Mulligans was fun and the food and prices were very good.

I saw like two roaches in the room but it wasn’t enough for me to complain about. The other thing was since I had a city view, the parking lot was directly in front of my window so Sunday morning I heard several car alarms when they would lock their door and the slamming of their trunks. But that’s not anything the hotel can prevent.

I loved how clean (in general) it was. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly from the million times I called to get an early check in to check out time. I love the location and how affordable it was.

The only drawback is the street and parking lot noise. The rooms are not well insulated, so you hear all conversations as people walk past your room.

Room size was fine. The vanity counter was very low...even below required Ada height. Toilet and shower were in a very small room....this definitely did not meet Ada requirements. The carpet was very dirty to the point if barefoot a good amount of dirt collected on the bottom of ur feet. The window curtains did not operate properly. The room was not as pictured on booking.com . Don't think we would stay here again unless it was the only place left.

We are planning to return in April. Beach, pool and restaurant made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Carpets in the room.

Staff and location was great. Rooms could use to be updated, removing the carpet would be best. I felt as though there was a smell in the room (musty), thinking it was from the carpet. Other than that, stay was good.
