It’s dated and needs an upgrade. Our bathroom door was hard to close. The mattress wasn’t as firm as it could be but the furniture was very dated.

The view was beautiful! The pools were very nice and the hot tubs.

It didn't have a good maintenance, missing drawer knob in the kitchen, fire place remote didn't work, it was weet linen sheets on one bed, shower curtain bar was loose and dropped off when I got in the shower, one elevator was out of service for our entire stay.

Three of the six lifts weren’t working. The first room we were given smelt ‘musty’. It had old looking carpet. People in rooms close by were smoking cannabis which meant we had to leave our balcony at times to get away from the smell.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Had a variety of pools. Good value breakfast. When we complained about cannabis smoking happening on the balcony beside us we were given a different room. However, there were cannabis smokers near it as well. The second room we were given had been updated and was very clean and ‘fresh’ looking.

The only thing we didn't like was it was hard finding a park and it was only one working elevator. My husband and I had to walk down 10 flights of stairs on our last day ... simply because everytime it came to our floor it was full with people . I was sore for 4 days when I got home from carrying luggage and walking down 10 flights of stairs. Overall it's a nice and clean place to stay..

We love the ocean front view, cleanliness, and the staff was wonderful.

There were elevators out of service the entire week. Also my wife was injured by a metal rod sticking out from under the bed. We asked the person at the desk for medical supplies to stop the bleeding but they did not have anything available. No one asked what happened or filled out any type of report on the incident. Someone did go to the room and put a piece of tape to cover the metal that was sticking out. No one followed up with us or asked any questions about her status after that. Very disappointed in the reaction to an issue that was clearly the fault of the property.

The room was clean and everything was overall pretty good.

One of elevators in north tower wasn’t working. For a brief time Tuesday afternoon neither one was working. Nowhere to plug in my CPAP

I had no cable in my room called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up he couldn’t get it to work when I was checking out the gentleman at the desk ignored me like I wasn’t standing there I was very dissatisfied and disappointed

The room was very muggy and the drawers were mildewed so I couldn’t unpack my stuff and had to live out of my bags for a week. Also, the AC didn’t work that great in our room. Even after the merchant changed the filter. It wasn’t terrible…the room just felt very sticky and my clothes / sheets felt damp.

The North Tower elevator was down. The welcome packet was attached to someone trying to make a sale. The ocean view was obscured by trees (2nd floor).

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The hot water was not hot most of the time. We had to take warm showers. Lastly, the elevators weren't working all that great most of the time. Some of them were down altogether.

The rooms were very clean. I love that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. We weren't expecting that. The fitness room was wonderful too. Two pools, a hot tub and a game room -- a great place for families. The King suite had everything we could need.

I liked the pool area but hot tubs either out of order or bubbles didn’t work. Bar was nice by pool and pool was clean and had lots chairs. The beds in room were nice and clean, the carpet needs a major update!! All in all it was ok

I noticed in my room when using outlets that the outlet covers were coming off. Not sure that a safe situation.

Our room was next to some sort of air unit that ran all the time and you could hear it in our room. Then the room air conditioner was very noisy and the bathroom door didn’t close.

I wish the big dining room where you have breakfast was open for lunch and dinner and had a bigger variety of food that you could choose from.For example, flounder or steaks, shrimp etc…

I liked that it was on the beach. We had an ocean view room. There was a little restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and dinner. Your basic hamburgers, Poboys, etc.. It is nice if you didn’t wanna go out to eat you could just go downstairs.
