Bed was a bit too soft, and there were no blinds on the windows over the patio doors so early morning light woke us up. It takes a while for hot water to run but we were on the top floor (queen ocean view suite), not so bad but you need to be patient. Would've liked to have had access to Netflix (or a HDMI cable or ability to cast so we could use our own acct) but we didn't so only had cable tv.

Room was spacious, with nice decor and the view was lovely.

This house is right on the highway. We were on the main floor, and I am sure the upstairs rooms were quieter, but we could hear every footstep and anything that got dropped or moved above us. Fortunately, the family above us went to bed by 10:30. Owners need to put felt on the chairs upstairs, carpet, or something to insulate the floors above.

It was a three-story/home/hotel on Hwy 101. Nicely decorated, high ceilings, king bedroom with bathroom, just there for an overnight, but we would not have stayed longer.

Breakfast was simple - cold breakfast - bagels, cereals, yogurt -- location was right off the main road - close to town accessible and ample parking - clean hotel - if you have trouble walking upstairs ask for first floor room rooms were spacious

The bed was hard. I tossed and turned all night. They need to get new mattresses or a mattress pad at least.was a clean, spacious and nicely decorated room except for the uncomfortable bed.

The location and staff were great. I booked the smallest, most budget friendly room available and so there were no views from my room. Larger rooms had patios and views.

The room had a strong bleach smell, we left the windows open all night. There were rooms above us, every ordinary footstep was loud. The other guests we not out of order, the facility is poorly built. We were awakened by the footsteps every hour all night long. The owners are aware of the problem. When we checked in the host told us that if there was foot noise, we could call the emergency number. The breakfast was all plastic prepackaged food. Not even as good as the low-end chain motels.

The Inn was shoreline comfortable. There was a nice sitting deck. The room was roomy. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Parking was good. The host was very friendly and informative.

I thought this place had a better beach view, but instead, it was the parking lot. That was kind of disappointing, but I enjoyed my room so much that I still had a great time. Plus, the beach wasn't far to get to. They should just make that more clear in the description.

The staff was super friendly. I booked a room, assuming it had a balcony. I asked if I could upgrade to one with a balcony, and the front desk helped with no problem. The rooms were large, and the ceilings were high. It was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The overall place was small but I quite liked it. It felt more intimate and peaceful. I loved the location it was right next to a delicious sandwich shop and gas station/ liquor store, and right across the street from the beach! I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The hotel situated right by the main road, it's not very busy & the windows block the sound pretty well though. The gas station ruins the ocean view. The breakfast was kind of symbolic

we had the most specious room under the roof The hotel feels cozy, home-like, its was clean and quite. they have a small store right by the hotel and also a nice sandwich place The staff was very nice too.
