The room was a bit small. The bed was against the wall on one side which made getting in and out of the bed on one side only.

Close to the beach, very clean. The staff was professional and very nice. A full refrigerator!

The woman who checked us in was informative but a bit like a drill sergeant therefore didn’t make us feel welcomed. Also, the hand bar soap in the bathroom had been used so that made us question the cleanliness of the place.

Great little motel style property; the room was exceptionally clean and the property itself was within walking distance to the ocean and fishing pier.

Parking available, no problem with late check-in thanks to the good communication, spacious and super clean accommondation, near the beach (3 minute walk), relaxing pool area with extra pool towles. Thanks to the Manager Debbie and the whole team for an amazing stay!

1. A lot of smokers. Hard to get away from the odor outside of our room although the rooms themselves are smoke free. 2. Property is located on A1A, so had to wear earplugs at night, due to noisy motorcycles and pickup trucks.

Large bedroom, comfortable bed (slept very well with earplugs). Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, stove, table and chairs. Updated bathroom, nice shower and vanity. Very large closet room. Property mgr, Debbie, is superb, very organized, friendly, quick to provide for guests needs, just the type person you’d want as a guest.

My only negative comment is that there are long-term customers that stay at the hotel, and there were not enough beach chairs available to everyone who stayed in the hotel. My suggestion would be to increase the number of beach chairs for the all customers, and slated for the number of people staying in each room, and not just have beach chairs available for the long-term patrons. This was the only thing I was disappointed with.

If I wanted to nit pick I’d say the bed & pillows weren't the most comfortable but that’s just me. Wouldn’t prevent me from going back.

Location was fantastic! Right across the street from the beach & the walking path along the beach. Room was super clean, & updated. Nice pool and Debbie the manager was very accommodating and generally a great person to deal with.

The only thing was the specific, short check in window. We understand since it is a small personally owned place that the one office person cannot be available all hours, however, we did have to make our travel plans around check in.

The location was great! The room was very clean, with newly upgraded bathroom. The office staff was so accommodating, friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay the best.

When we first entered the apartment it smelt a bit musty. Probably just needed an airing. The furniture in the living area was a little tired looking.

Our only complaints, very minor, was the bed was a little too firm for our liking and some of the appliances looked outdated. We didn’t use the appliances during our stay so we can’t be too critical about that.

The location was the reason we picked this for our stay. It’s only a few blocks from the beach and a short walk into the center of town. It was very clean inside the room and the staff was friendly. It’s really nice they provided beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach!

Other than the fact my stay was over and had to go home...this was the only downside

Was so close to everything. Perfect location. Whatever you need, was right there.Beach, shopping, restuarants, airports are all so close. This is the perfect place to just sit poolside or go enjoy the great attractions. Staff is on point, and Debbie is the best! Will most certainly be back.

The only issue was the queen bed was up against the wall, hard to get in and out. The room could use more lighting.

Debbie the Manager was welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect. Our room was perfect just for one night. The room was newly updated, from the walk in shower with grab bars to the lighted mirror over the sink, very nice improvements.
