Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The building was part of the historic ones on the river walk. Very well maintained property with period charm.

Because the hotel is by the river, there are some boat and traffic sounds. It did not bother us and they provide earplugs. But if someone is a very light sleeper, it might be a challenging location for them.
The staff were above and beyond in terms of professionalism and helpfulness. The location was easily walkable to the historic area of downtown, and the daily happy hour was a nice touch. Our room was lovely. We would recommend!

Our room was a charming apartment, beautifully furnished and perfectly comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary wine and delicious hors d'ouvres in the afternoon . We could walk to restaurants and shops on the River Walk. Delightful!

Everything was just super perfect thank you for this amazing time
This was absolutely fantastic! Room cozy and clean with absolutely amazing vibe. Friendly personnel, smile and service - thank you! Location - the best you could only imagine. Please, visit the 4pm wine drinking in the living room - so nice!

Olde Harbour Inn does not serve breakfast, but we knew that ahead of time. They do supply water, coke, and 7up. They also give you ice cream in the freezer. Klondike bar that they restock daily. From 5:30 to 7:00 they have appetizers and wine. Location was great.

Minor issue: One night came back to the room and dirty towels were left and ice cream missing but overall, a wonderful stay.
The atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room. The special touches added by the staff of the hotel. They were both friendly and helpful and professional. The ice cream every night as well as the complimentary wine and cheese social was a much-appreciated added touch. Was even surprised with champagne for my birthday! We have spoken very highly of our stay at this property. We will definitely be back!

Property is located a little bit away from the most busy area, but that is a good think

The only negative ( why I did not give them a ten) Was the last time that we were there, they provided muffins etc for breakfast. They stopped doing that about 6 months ago. Which I thought was not consumer friendly.
The location of the inn, is excellent right by the river. Room was excellent in the lower level, with our own entry into the street.

Our room was very big and very clean. In a beautiful location with rooms overlooking the river. Walking distance to great restaurants! We enjoyed the free wine social everyday at 5:30 pm. Parking with on premises. The staff was very welcoming and made you feel at home from the moment we got there. I would highly recommend this place while visiting beautiful Savannah!
