I could see a little light underneath my door. The thought of critters walking right in did indeed cross my mind as I tried to fall asleep 🤪

The bed

The bed 🛌 was not comfortable i didn’t like the place my room was it was isolated all the way on the back sometimes no one in this area at night some strangers smoking 🚬 weed the smell come all the way in my room I had two little kids with me only me in the back i was very scared when they first give the room i talked the front desk about it i tell him the reason he said no to me cause i was already in a room it was very good for some reason he choose to change me to a bad one after some weeks my husband went there asked them to change the room cause i had a accident happened to me with the bed 🛌 but they said no again I talked to a housekeeping about it she was very friendly her name was Yeniree Escobar i show her the video and she talked to a supervisor Grisel Escobar and she talked to a manager about it immediately the manager came and take me out the room her was Silvia very kind after that everything was perfect 👍 that was the only issue

Nothing to complain. Friendly staff, clean room and comfort bed to sleep.

It is well located. Really close to Universal. We could walk to the park if we wanted.

Breakfast ending quite early - we were late 5mins on the first day (fault on our own as did not remember timings but it was usually until 9.30 in other hotels)- it was shut. So worth keeping in mind...

Nice hotel for a good price. Friendly staff. Clean and with great location. Free parking. Basic breakfast included - coffee/tea and hot waffles or toasts with jam.

It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t “hotel clean” either. The headboards had noticeable dirt and buildup, corners and baseboards were filthy (just needed a scrub). We weren’t uncomfortable but felt like a little effort in the room could have made it great.

Noise is terrible. I could hear the neighbors snoring or sneezing or doing anything. Imagine what it was like when their kids woke up 6am. Also breakfast is just sugar: cereal, waffles and muffins.

Location is great. It was also very clean room and comfortable bed.

I think there could be improvements made - the bed would have benefitted from a mattress topper and another cover for the cooler months. The breakfast was basic and polystyrene plates used. The blackout curtains need to be closed for privacy in the bedroom with no net to allow the daylight in.

It was in a good location for access to parks, shops and restaurants. The WiFi was strong everywhere. They provided towels for the sun loungers. The pool was pleasant to sit around. Breakfast was provided. The nice touch of folded towels on the bed. The hotel was clean. The carpark was large and could park near your room.

The place is what you pay for. It was clean and up kept. There was no comforter only a plush blanket as the comforter which is a little strange. Also the shower doesn’t have a tub only a shower that doesn’t do a good job of keeping water in as the shower curtain is just a little too short. Not sure if that’s situational to our room or just something overall. Didn’t use the pool or eat the breakfast so can’t tell you much besides it’s a continental breakfast as per the staff said. The staff was nice, room was eat up nicely. Lot of pot holes in the area you drive around to for your room, not up at the front where you check in.

A lot of people at breakfast taking like like 4-5 muffins p.p. Where do you put them in the end??

Stayed for Universal Orlando - that was delivered. 20min walk and no parking fees. Also possible to use shuttle which stops at nearby Hiltons. Nice breakfast.

Could use USB ports. I put the do not disturb sign on the door handle but at 3:50 AM someone knocked on the door and ran, I couldn't sleep after that. Of course that isn't the hotel's fault but gives you an indication of the kind of people that stay there.

Breakfast was plentiful and several options. Room was quiet and had a night light that was perfect. Equipment worked. Staff was helpful.
