Room was fair. Giant cockroach in bathroom was an unwelcome guest. Management did take care of that quickly. TV station selection was poor. If I had known before I would have brought my own Roku. Breakfast Sunday morning was inundated by 12 construction workers that took it over for about 15 min.

Breakfast was fair and as expected. Location was excellent for the place we spent our week-end. parking was fine.

from outside looked o.k. but the place is not maintained and mold ridden. It has not been maintained for a long time

This was advertised as a resort - it was mold ridden badly maintained unacceptable - we requested to leave and they said we would be refunded, ruined an entire evening of our vacation horrible experience.

when we went down for our morning breakfast, a water pipe on the level above broke causing water to come pouring down on us and all over the food the staff was overwhelmed and handled the situation poorly ruined my breakfast and the rest of my stay

Floors were not clean; tables were not wiped once. We either did it our self or had to put up with other people's spills and leftovers. At times there were little ones, which left an insane mess. Most unappetizing. The floors in the hallways were never cleaned. Same sticky stains for 4 days. My wife is handicap due to a stroke and requested grab bars and a walk-in shower 5 weeks before our stay and was told when checking in that there was no such room available. Guess what? No shower for 3 days.

The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. The internet leaves a LOT to be desired. As I wasn't at the hotel much, it didn't affect me, but if you are expecting to work there or use your computer much, you'll be frustrated.

The location was perfect for me -- just a few miles from Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

My two teenage sons left the pool due to drug addicts and homeless folks in the pool. The night manager was very apologetic about the pool and feel that she did everything she could to remove the people that were not guests there.

The floor I was on was under construction and there were brown hand prints on the walls that looked like bloody hand prints from a horror movie.

We were coming in late with kids and a pet and we were placed on the ground floor near an exit for the dog and they got the sofa bed ready for us to place a sleeping kid into upon arrival. thank you.

2 things first there were NO vending machines on any of the floors, second it's $2.00 to wash your clothes and another $2.00 to dry them that's expensive compared to other hotels and they didn't even get my clothes all the way clean I had to re wash them in the tub

I personally think that this is a very good hotel especially for the price I've been paying I keep having to add onto my reservation and they make doing that so simple and easy unlike other hotels because I book through a third party other hotels make it a nightmare when adding to my stay!!!

The breakfast scrambled eggs were like small pellets.

The bed, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. The room furnishings were set up nicely. The shower was nice and strong. The best part was the warm and helpful staff.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly! Internet service was terrible. We kept getting bumped off the Internet after 10 min. Internet speed was extremely slow and more like dial up service. The room was dirty and old. The lampshade had spots on it that looked like blood. The microwave was dirty on the outside. Curtains were stained and dirty. Coffee was not available after breakfast. Coffee was weak. Breakfast was not appetizing. The rate went from $151.00 on a Thursday to $280.00 on the weekend. Price gauging because of demand was evident.

Staff were insulting. The person on Confirmation of reservation was rude. When I arrived I tried to extend my stay, they lied about being full. The parking lot was half empty.
