We got stuck in the elevator. The property is run down. The WiFi doesn’t work nor does the cable, it goes in and out. We will never stay there again !

There are NO words to describe how unacceptable this facility was!! They actually STAPLED wallpaper onto the walls (room 336). EVERY SINGLE THING was filthy, from the front desk check-in, to walk ways, front doors........ I WISH THAT I COULD ENCOURAGE CODE ENFORCEMENT TO INVESTIGATE !!!!

Late room check in the pools were dirty (both) I saw roaches in the morning when I opened the door. The elevator was broke and the bar and grill was closed and there was no breakfast in the morning.

The blood stains on the sheets. The coffee and other brown stains on the towels. Burn holes in the mattresses. Cocktail roaches on the chairs. The shower head flew off and water went everywhere. No blankets 😕. They had live-in customers that were arguing in the next room. The elevators were broken, both of them. Just awful 😖

Teresa the front desk clerk. She was so nice and went out of her way to try and accommodate us.

The website pictures was miss leading. The rooms smells and dirty.. Did not stay went to another hotel. The windows was dirty couldn't really see out.

Breakfast was always late and when the eggs finally arrived, I was leaving. I couldn't communicate with the maids because they don't speak English, plus they forgot to do my room one day. I think I should be compensated for that but hotels nowadays don't care. Frankly, this hotel is very shabby. If I was the owner, I'd be humiliated.

There wasnt a regenerator in our room. On the website it said there was a cafeteria, but there really wasn’t. A night we also couldn’t sleep because how loud the neighbors were.

Reserved a handicap room and didn't get one . The red stains on the bed witch looked like blood . We didn't even get in the covers . And we killed three roaches so just will not ever stay there again .

Hotel very run down indoor pool was not heated outdoor pool was dirty wallpaper on the wall was stapled back up Housekeeping did not speak English the free breakfast was nothing but a bag with bottled water and Danish would not recommend this hotel ever

Cost of room not worth it!! First room terrible - BUGS! walls damaged, wall paper falling off wall. Carpet nasty. Beds stained. Smelled awful. Elevator very slow, no lights, need to be inspected. Had a band in the bar and grill- not worried about Covid but when asked about breakfast was told limited bags would be at front desk due to Covid... So it was okay if you were drinking eating and listening to the band with no mask but if you were a paying customer to stay there they were worried about covid so they serve you bag breakfast and not enough available to cover room accommodations. Didn't make good sense.

Staff moved us to another room without issue. Second room on top floor smelled and looked cleaner. Hotel need upgrades for price

The breakfast was not as described it was bag snacks was close to bush gardens. Check out the Big Scoop ice cream shop best ice cream try the Blue Panda💙 you can walk to it from the hotel
