There was no bathroom fan, which is always bothersome. The carpet in front of the bathroom was torn up and stained, and the one lampshade needed replacing, neither made a good impression. The hotel advertised a restaurant. In reality, the food was tolerable with the dinner we had the night we arrived late, but the menu is small and they had no cook the day we wanted to try breakfast there. They did offer free coffee, fresh fruit, muffins, danishes, and the like that morning.

The entrance and exit to the parking area was not difficult to maneuver. The hotel smelled nice and clean everywhere. The room was laid out thoughtfully and generally clean and inviting. The shower head was amazing and the water wasn't hard. The Keurig in the room was a nice feature, too

The shower didn’t seem very clean, there was multiple spots on the floor that were not clean, the staff was not very friendly and we sat at the bar for 10 min and no one ever asked us if we needed help, paying for breakfast

The carpet in the room had some stains and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to use when showering. Also the heated pool was not very warm.

The location and proximity was amazing, and it is right next door to PPG which was extremely convenient since we were there for the Pens game

The unexpected charge for parking

Loved the property . But the hidden parking fee was not acceptable . They told use we could use the code as we please . Then we get an added 64 dollar charge to our card .

The property is next door to the arena so if you are attending an event, this is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall size of room. The water pressure in the shower was better than most hotels.

Trash cans. There was on trash can in the room without a bag. We did our best to keep trash bagged and in one area but it would've been nice to have somewhere to put it. We got a room with a pull out bed and it would've been nice if the appropriate linens were in the closet to set up that bed and not have to ask staff to bring us extra blankets.

We weren't aware of the 50 dollar hold fee when we booked, but that was user error on our part if it was in the fine print. Nothing "bad". The bank will release the fee after you check out.

Location was great, right in front of the ppg arena for the concert we were attending. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful with questions we had. Parking was around 32 dollars. We had a nice stay.

Cambria is always my go to hotel in Pittsburgh. It’s walking distance to downtown and just 2 blocks from my child’s school. Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean and comfy.

A more detailed cleaning of rooms as most hotels… they never seem to clean behind nightstands. Otherwise it was spacious. Queen and sofa bed. 2 tvs.

Secure parking on upper lot that connects right to the hotel entrance AND we were there for a game at PPG and we exited right out to the lot at the end and walked right into the lobby.
