Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere wasn't an actual blanket on the bed. It was two sheets put together but no real blanket. I had to go to bed with my sweater a few times. It would have been nice if there were extra pillows and a blanket. There wasn't closet space in my room, I could hang stuff by the sink. Even though I had a room with a view, the window was very filthy.
I had a room with a view of downtown. It was clean and comfortable. I was solo and it had enough room for me and all my things. The elevator was easy to find and not overly crowded with people and tourists. The walking distance to the room was nice. The pool was nice and quiet. Lots of sun and space with no kids jumping around. It was easy to order food and get drinks at the pool.

United States of AmericaThe restroom was so small. You had to go in to the restroom stand between the shower and toilet to shut the door.
I loved that it was walking distance from where we needed to be.

AustraliaGreat location for visiting the Fremont Street area. I felt safe staying there, walked across the street and I was in the middle of the action. Nice coffee station and I was remembered each morning by the barista! The food hall was waiting on the addition of a few shops, but selection was adequate.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint was the pool closed at 7pm. That’s WAAAYYYYY too early! Ppl are on vacation! Why shut them out of the pool and hot tub SO early!?? I even tried to get another drink from the pool bar at 6:45pm and he told me no. That he’s already put the liquor away. C’mon… I won’t stay there again just because of this. A huge part of my room choice in Vegas is the pool!! If I had any idea it closed so early I would’ve stayed somewhere else
Check in was great, front desk lady made everything super smooth and clear! Room was great for the price and the location was great.

United States of AmericaOur sink was clogged and full of hair. It was disgusting every time I brushed my teeth I would gag cuz of the hair in the drain that would come up. Also there was an emergency alarm that went off while we were sleeping and it told us to use the stairs so we walked down 13 flights of stairs just for the staff to say they did t know what happened . Ruined my sleep

United States of AmericaWhen we came back from the strip at night we found a big cockroach in our room. After calling the front desk, they just offered swiping the room, which wasn’t a good option for us in the middle of the night, especially that we stayed just for one night. We had to deal with that problem by ourselves.
The location of the hotel is far from the strip but across the street from the Golden Gate, who’s is very worth visiting and stores with souvenirs are much cheaper than on the strip! Staff from Bingo was very nice and helpful with explaining everything for us playing for the first time!

United States of AmericaTo get to the front desk from garage you had to go through the casino, rolling suitcase on the carpet and then we got a room with elevators close to the parking entrance, so we had to do the same rout twice and it wasn't an easy walk. Additionally, it was loud in the room, because the hotel is on the opposite site of the street from Fremont.
Great location! Everything seems close and the Downtown Loop free bus is nearby. We had a room with 2 separate beds, hotel accommodated our request and got us an early check-in. Room was nice and spacious. Overall, recommend.

United States of AmericaUnaccommodating for arrival/bag drop, slow elevators, dated rooms and some additional cleaning would be nice. The beds, sheets and most of the furniture passed a blue-light test. Door handles, light switches and areas in the bathroom were not cleaned as well as the 3 other places we stayed.
Room was mostly clean but dated. Arriving and dropping bags off is not well marked. The elevators to parking are a nightmare when check-in and check-out times. Food choices especially late night night was not good.
