The room decor was outdated & the bathroom was small. You can hear the people outside of of door. There's no microwave.

The location was pretty goid. Staff were friendly. The room was away from the outside noise. There were restaurants located inside the hotel. The pool area & casino were nice.

To get to the front desk from garage you had to go through the casino, rolling suitcase on the carpet and then we got a room with elevators close to the parking entrance, so we had to do the same rout twice and it wasn't an easy walk. Additionally, it was loud in the room, because the hotel is on the opposite site of the street from Fremont.

Great location! Everything seems close and the Downtown Loop free bus is nearby. We had a room with 2 separate beds, hotel accommodated our request and got us an early check-in. Room was nice and spacious. Overall, recommend.

Unaccommodating for arrival/bag drop, slow elevators, dated rooms and some additional cleaning would be nice. The beds, sheets and most of the furniture passed a blue-light test. Door handles, light switches and areas in the bathroom were not cleaned as well as the 3 other places we stayed.

Room was mostly clean but dated. Arriving and dropping bags off is not well marked. The elevators to parking are a nightmare when check-in and check-out times. Food choices especially late night night was not good.

Main problem was 1 bell hop! We were there for our wedding and I had my wedding gown in a huge garment bag and a lot of other things. Suits in garment bags. So we had to lug it all to our rooms from parking. And my wedding gown was super heavy. We were told we would have to wait about 45 minutes for bell hop.

The room had a few issues, and the building overall seems quite dated and could benefit from an interior refresh. There could definitely be better lighting in the room as well.

The ambience of the hotel was quite nice with the right Vegas vibe.

No coffee maker, and the bathroom was very small. Unable to change water flow pattern of the shower head. Seemed to be defective. But we stayed only one night, so it didn't bother us that much.

Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Was able to get a good night's rest.

The vanity space was very limited and awkward because of the large raised sink. The toilet and shower area was very small. No coffee maker in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. Nice to have the sink/vanity separate from the toilet and shower. Has good restaurants, nice pool area and outside bar.

The availability of the wifi isn’t reached at the 1st floor so when I ate, I couldn’t access the WiFi. And the windows from the outside aren’t clean.

Room smells okay and the beds are comfy. There are earplugs available if it’s noisy outside. The Front Desk will tell you about those info which is very helpful! (Available 24 hours) There is a Restaurant, a cafe, and subway at the ground floor so when you’re hungry, you have access to them. Check-in and Check-out was so easy. Staff will gladly help you so if you want to know more info or in need of assistance with anything.

The toilet in our room was not functioning properly and was running throughout the entire stay. We called the front desk and got no answer. We called housekeeping and got no answer so we spent two days to flush the toilet ourselves by opening the tank. Not to mention the mold that was in the shower, grout. Unfortunately, it was a little bit hard to sleep/rest with the noise of a running toilet

For a first time Vegas visitor and not interested in high life, the Plaza and downtown was a perfect fit. A nice old school vibe and everything was good enough for the price. Pool and pickleball was a nice addition!
