My bed gross, breakfast was horrible, room was dirty

When I came the hostess argued that I have not paid for the room when I have already paid with booking.com So she charged me again until I showed her the receipt on my phone. Gave me a refund, but this morning I was charged again

Room was not very clean!! The carpet and floors were very sticky and dirty!!! Counters weren't very clean! Toilet didnt flush every time! Front curtain showed too much light through at nite and alot of noise all night and people outside talking!!!

Beds were ok and comfortable but needed extra warmth!

The lady at the front desk was rushing me and tried to force me to take a booking that I had obviously changed. There were nats all over the bathroom like A LOT of them. And There were burn marks in the sheets.

Bathroom had fingerprints of previous guests on handles, etc. Drainage problem - Tub, toilet, and sink did not drain, had backup. Did not advertise pet fees on website. Did not ask or mention pet policy upon check-in. Halfway through visit called and required fees of $25 + $10 per day for pet. Breakfast was taken away by 9am. Coffee did not work and only waffles, yogurt, and dry cereal available.

Decent size room. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave available. Pool was open and looked maintained. Price was fair. Location was excellent

4 very small pillows on King bed. WiFi was non existent and unsecured. Thin walls allowed for ring side seat at 3AM for the neighbors argument about infidelity. Hope they work that out.

Though dated it was clean. Great location.

You certainly get what you pay for! Paint was chipping, door wouldn't lock, sheets had holes. Seemed really cheap, but that's what you pay for.

No bed bugs, nice area, good price.

The breakfast was not sufficient and shouldn’t be called that. There was coffee and apples only. The dining area was open and the gas plenty of uninterrupted space for the orig.

The front bb lobby area was under construction and maneuvering through that area was difficult.

Compared to other places the breakfast was sub par. The staff was rude. The entire place and practices seemed sketchy.

I didn't like too much. There were a lot of problems at this place.

Breakfast not a whole lot to choose from more towels if two people are in king room should be 2 sets of each linen some of us shower twice a day and don't like using wet towel twice mattresses are outdated springy hard to get comfortable and people smoking weed out in open should be a covered smoking area for inclement weather

Breakfast is not to the expectations. Stayed there for 12 days. Only serve waffle and not much variety. For two days only Orange juice was available and rest of the days only apple juice was available. It's just not enough and you end up ordering through Uber Eats and paying extera through your pocket

The pictures online and the hotel are not the same! We had roaches in the room and holes in the floor of the bathroom. The fridge was cool, but not cold. Looked like they were kinda remodeling, as there was new paint on the stairwell of our room.

It was a great location! Staff was very friendly to me, not so much to my daughter who arrived early. I called to make sure she could check in early without me being there. Of course they stated- Yes, but when she tried to check in they told her Not without me. So she got checked into her room and things were fine. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Breakfast was a waffle, or cereal. I went twice each morning to get coffee and never got any, just went to Dutch bros instead. Don’t get me wrong, it could have been worse. Just figured from the pictures online, it would have been a lot nicer and, for the price I paid for 3 rooms, for the 3 days and 2 nights we were there!

I was told by the front staff the pool was in working order. (no one was @ the pool when we arrived && the temperature was 110 degrees outside) So I decided to go check the pool before leaving to go buy sunscreen, the pool was murky. Not swimmable in my opinion.
