We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Facility is a bit worn. But pleasant.
Good breakfast with hot items and good service. Eggs and meat are always a hit. Front desk guys are helpful and friendly.

All in all the furniture looks pretty beaten up,
Service was better than expected. Did no have to high expectations, but wich hotel does daily service these days? A quite place with windows to be opened. They don't have wall to wall carpet.

Pool wasn’t open at 9 a bit after like 9:15. And the breakfast was eh. Egg and potato where fine what I would expect but to only serve bacon once and sausage the remaining days is ridiculous. I ended up settling for making a waffle but if I really wanted a waffle I’d make one at home the point of selecting a hotel with free breakfast is more food made and prepared ready to eat not having to make myself. Would’ve been nice for biscuits and gravy. I did like that there was a variety of drinks to choose from
Rooms very spacious, comes with a fridge AND microwave. The fountain was cool, the balcony above it is nice. And the hot tub is nice and I like that it’s has a 10 minute timer

It was a shame the hot tub was out, which I understand that sometimes things go down, but it would be nice if you put out a notice so that I'm not expecting it. I still would have booked, but then I wouldn't have gotten let down. Honestly I think that's the only thing. Oh, the bathroom was a little uninviting because of the wall tile color with the floor color, outdated, but besides that the rest of the room is very aesthetically pleasing and up to date.
The lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was great, one of the better ones I've had. I loved that I was within a five minute walk of most places I wanted to go. Getting on and off the road was easy too, not to busy. Oh, and I liked that I could actually open my window and get a few minutes of fresh air here and there. The floors were nice too.

The furniture was well worn and in need of replacement. Our bed linens had some rips in them. Mattress was worn and too soft.
Breakfast was very good. The facility and our room were clean. There were plenty of bathroom linens. The location to the highway was most convenient. Also, the hotel location was close to our family whom we were visiting.

The breakfast is very simple and does not have many options and varieties. Actually the options were quite the same during our stay there, which made us buy some extra food for the last days. The gym is very simple with only two treadmills.
The hotel location is very good. It is close to a big supermarket, the mall, some stores and restaurants, offering a lot of options during the stay.

The work out room only had a treadmill, elliptical, and 2 50lb dumbels.

No safe, phone didn't work.
Very clean and spacious room. Cozy bed and nice clean sheets. It's close to Woodfields mall, and there is a whole food nearby. Friendly staff. It's definitely worth the money. Breakfast was alright. There's a microwave in the room, which was very convenient. They provide shuttle service to nearby places within 5 miles.

Room service isn't given enough time to clean, easy to see they are run off their feet. Floors were quite dirty as a result.
Awesome location, huge mall in walking distance and a nice area. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking.
